He's doing fine, and remember that many people do NOT want to hear a "DJ" voice. We talk about forum spam. One way to cut down on spam is to require approval of all new members. I also talk about some of the results I've done by finding a tool thats fits your listeners - in my case it was bookmarks promoting m podcast to college students - and how effective it can be.
