We talked live at the CURT Keynote this past week about the importance of data-rich procurement. We wanted to explore how removing unknown variables from the bidding process cuts cost for both the owner and for the fabricators. We explore simple tricks to maintain productivity while cutting overhead. We also discuss the only way we see this working in the long run, and it could create upset in the industry to companies who are just lining their pockets instead of being a value-add to the industry.
