Holocaust Survivor And Animal Rights Pioneer Dr. Alex Hershaft On Choosing Compassion & Hope

When I was first introduced to Dr. Alex Hershaft, I was immediately inspired by his tenacity and passion. He shares how his early life has given him a unique perspective on freedom and autonomy, which has rippled into his work as an animal rights activist. We discuss the reality of factory farming, getting traction for a movement, and Alex’s refreshing attitude on overcoming adversity.  IN THIS EPISODE, WE TALK ABOUT: Choosing to be a survivor, not a victim  Alex’s journey to becoming a vegetarian (and now vegan)  The pivotal moment when Alex noticed parallels between the Holocaust and the abuse of farm animals  How Alex and the team at FARM brought the concept of animal rights into the public consciousness  The importance of living in integrity and alignment with your values, even if it goes against the status quo   RESOURCES: Learn more from me and proven business experts by signing up for one of my many  online courses. CONNECT WITH ALEX Learn more on Alex’s website: alexhershaft.com Follow Alex on Twitter: @AlexHershaft  CONNECT WITH CANDYFollow me: @candyvalentinoBuy your copy of Wealth Habits: wealthhabitsbook.comJoin Founders Organization  Learn more about your ad choices. Wealth Habits: Secrets To Building Multiple Streams Of Income (Chapter 6 Sneak Peek)

Wealth Habits book launch is officially here! To celebrate, I’m giving you a sneak peek into Chapter 6 of my book: The Secrets to Building Multiple Streams of Income. This chapter is part of the third wealth habit, Earning Your Way to Wealth. I hear so often from people that they believe millionaires need to have seven streams of income, which actually isn’t true. Millionaires typically have four streams of income. This misinformation stems from incorrectly defining these different streams of income. So today, we’re reviewing the true definitions of income streams, plus some concrete examples of each.  I also address the commonly shared concern, “I don’t have enough money to start investing. How do I get started?” The truth is, you probably do have enough money, you just might be overspending. You’ll learn how to figure out if you actually are. This is one of my favorite chapters in the book. If you love it too, please share this episode and leave a review! IN THIS EPISODE, WE TALK ABOUT: How to properly define a stream of income. The differences between earned income, passive income and portfolio income. How to turn earned income into passive income. How to figure out if you're overspending. Leveraging exchange-traded funds to expand your income. The importance of mastering fewer investment strategies, versus many.  RESOURCES:  Buy your copy of my book Wealth Habits at wealthhabitsbook.com today!
