Dan Meyer is the CSA Farmer for the Dry Creek Ranch community and also runs a weekly open market. He came into farming after his college education and came in to speak on the difficulties and considerations with operating a smaller, non-industrialized farm program. Callie Zamzow is a member of the legendary Zamzow family and has a love for finished compost like I’ve never seen (like, for real).
