#4 - World Class Coach of Ricky Hatton, Tony Bellew and Scott Quigg - Ric Moylan
In this episode I’m on the phone with Ric Moylan. Ric works closely with world class athletes, CEOs and the armed forces using his widely regarded Moylan Advanced Performance Principles. He’s been in the industry for over 20 years and worked with world class boxers such as Ricky Hatton, Tony Bellew and currently with Scott Quigg.
Ric also works with personal trainers and fitness professionals through his mentoring programme.
He’s been featured on the BBC and ITV and also in magazines such as Men’s Fitness.
As well as this he also runs charity boxing nights, where your average Joe will train for 6 weeks before getting in the ring in front of hundreds of people. In the last couple of years those charity events have raised an amazing £100,000!
