Chad Daybell writes a "novel' for his "goddess lover" over the course of a day. This love story was sent to Lori Vallow as a series of text messages.  Daybell is still married to Tammy Daybell at the time. He also texted Vallow comparing himself to "Harry Potter living with his relatives." Daybell says, though, that he senses he will be free soon.  The cause of Tammy Daybell's death was finally announced in court. The prosecutor revealed that Daybell died of asphyxiation. Bombshell testimony from two former friends of Lori Vallow Daybell: Vallow Daybell 's former sister-in-law describes to the court how Vallow Daybell organized a "casting" for her estranged husband, Charles Vallow. Lori said Charles was possessed by a demon. Zulema Pastenes, the widow of Vallow Daybell’s brother, Alex Cox, also said that while discussing what to do if the casting didn't work, Vallow Daybell jokingly told her she “could always put some pills in his water.”   Melanie Gibb testified that Vallow Daybell asked her to lie to police for her and refused to explain why. Gibb says Vallow Daybell also would not tell her where JJ and Tylee were. Levi Axtell, a Minnesota man, murdered elderly Lawrence V. Scully, whom he accused of stalking his young daughter. Scully was convicted in 1979 of sexually assaulting a 6 year old girl and went to prison for 2 years. Last November was the last time 6-year-old Noel Rodriguez Alvarez was seen. A tip to police prompted a wellness visit and then, Everman police and other investigators began a physical search for the boy after determining the mother gave a false story about Noel being in Mexico with his father. Turns out the father has never even met his son. Family members also reported that Cindy Rodriguez Singh told a family member she sold him to someone at a grocery store. Singh, her new husband, and 6 other children left the US for India 3 days after the initial welfare check.  Police now say Noel's stepfather disposed of a large indoor/outdoor carpet at a nearby dumpster before they left. Investigators recovered that carpet and say it was used in the makeshift shed that was later torn down to build a suspicious concrete patio. Cadaver dogs were bought in and alerted to the topsoil, but no remains were found. Willard Noble Chaiden Miller and Jeremy Everett Goodale, both 16, are accused of killing 66-year-old Nohema Graber. The boys were students at Fairfield High School in Fairfield, where Graber had been teaching Spanish since 2012.  Now Jeremy Goodale has agreed to testify against Willard Miller.  Goodale and Miller are each charged with first-degree murder in the November 2021 death of 66-year-old Nohema Graber. Police found Graber’s remains November 3, at the Chautauqua Park in Fairfield. A tipster led investigators to the teens. Police say social media evidence ties both suspects to Graber's death. Cult Mom Lori Vallow asks the judge to be allowed to leave the courtroom as photos of the decomposing bodies of her two children are shown to the jury.  The judge denied the request. Vallow then turned away from the scene, keeping her eyes shut during the display. Rexburg Police Detective Ray Hermosillo testified that 16-year-old Tylee’s body had been burned and destroyed, with the tissue remains placed in a partially melted plastic green bucket. JJ was wrapped in plastic, sealed by tape.  The search was reportedly so intense that officers got down on their "hands and knees" while digging.
