Cleotha Henderson, the man accused of killing Memphis mom and teacher Eliza Fletcher  after allegedly kidnapping her, has pleaded not guilty. He also faces charges in separate case from 2021. Henderson faces charges of murder and kidnapping Fletcher.  In the other case, he faces charges including aggravated rape and kidnapping . Henderson also faces charges of identity theft and of being a convicted felon in possession of a handgun in other cases. Judge Lee Coffee will hear the different cases against Henderson in one courtroom. California dermatologist Dr. Yue “Emily” Yu is arrested after being caught on a nanny cam video putting Drano in her husband's lemonade. Dr. Jack Chen says his wife has a long history of mistreating him and their two children.  Now, Yu's divorce attorney says she was trying to deal with an ant infestation and not trying to kill her husband. The attorney's comments came as the two appeared in court as part of divorce proceedings.  Yue is now indicted on three felony counts of domestic battery with corporal injury, according to Orange County prosecutors. She faces more than eight years in prison if found guilty. Two young siblings are fed sleeping gummies before they are shot in their beds. Brooklyn is just five years old. Her sister, Sharon, is 15. The shooter is their mother,  Veronica Youngblood. Prosecutors say the murders were an attempt by the 37-year-old to 'get revenge' on her ex-husband. Ron Youngblood retired from the military, and despite the divorce, the entire family planned to move to Missouri. Veronica Youngblood would get an apartment near Ron Youngblood's new home. As the time to move grew nearer, Veronica Youngblood changed her mind. Ron did not.    Brooklyn was shot in the head as she slept. Sharon was shot in the chest and back.  Sharon managed to call 911, telling the dispatcher that her mother shot her. A massive search was launched after two young Florida girls left home to meet someone they met online. Jade Gregory, 12, took her dad's 2016 Ford Taurus and drove to 14-year-old friend Khloe Larson's house. Chad Daybell writes a "novel' for his "goddess lover" over the course of a day. This love story was sent to Lori Vallow as a series of text messages.  Daybell is still married to Tammy Daybell at the time. He also texted Vallow comparing himself to "Harry Potter living with his relatives." Daybell says, though, that he senses he will be free soon.  The cause of Tammy Daybell's death was finally announced in court. The prosecutor revealed that Daybell died of asphyxiation.
