A Florida con woman will spend more than four years in jail after stealing nearly $3m from a Holocaust survivor.   Peaches Stergo, 36,  scammed an aging Holocaust survivor living alone in New York City who signed up for an online dating service. There he met  -Stergo. The two chat back and forth nearly every day and Stergo opens up to him about her money problems, so the man writes her a check. Stergo continues to have problems. Then, over four years later, the man sends Stergo his life savings and loses his apartment. Bryan Kohberger's trial start date has come and gone, with the accused killer still proclaiming his innocence. The trial was postponed after Kohberger waived his right to a speedy trial, and the judge accepted it. Kohberger's attorney, Anne Taylor, said the defense team needs more time to effectively present their case.    The search for evidence that Kohberger knew his victims continues. Investigators say digital evidence and surveillance video links Kohberger to the murders. The defense says there is no connection, but the Gonsalves family tells a "48 Hours" investigation that after learning Kohberger's name, they did their own online search. They say they found an Instagram account they believe belongs to Kohberger which followed both Maddie Mogen and Kaylee Gonsalves. A 13-year-old girl is abducted as she walks from her bus stop to her home.  There, she is jumped by four men, dressed all in black. The men tape her eyes and mouth shut, throw her in the trunk of a car, and drive off. The teen is taken to a rural area 20 miles away, tied to a tree, and assaulted. The girl is left there, half-nude, but she manages to get away and seek help. As police investigate, they find a plot planned by someone known to the girl. Her father's live-in girlfriend, who has been asked to leave the home. Former Tennessee Teacher Alissa McCommon, charged with raping a male student, says she's pregnant.  This case gained attention after the boy's parents met with police, reporting the child had been sex assaulted by McCommon. The boy says he was 12 years old and in the seventh grade at the time of the assault, which reportedly happened in the McCommon home during a sleepover. He says sometime in the night the teacher woke him and sexually assaulted him.  Multiple juveniles have now come forward claiming McCommon played video games online, befriending them. Charlotte Sena, 9, has been found alive. The break in the case came early yesterday morning when a car stopped at the mailbox at the Sena family home, leaving what was discovered to be a ransom note. Prints taken from the note were matched to Craig N. Ross, 46 who had been arrested in a 1999 DUI case.
