GIRL, 14, SEX TRAFFICKED FROM MUSEUM TOUR?

New Orleans PD desperately searching for a missing child, Kristhal Chinchilla-Canizales,  just 14. Kristhal is 5’2”, has black hair with blonde tips, and brown eyes. Last seen wearing a blue yoga jumpsuit with a black Harley pullover layered on top.    Louisiana’s Orleans Parish Department of Children and Family Services plans a day trip for foster children to a New Orleans Museum, May 22nd.  Kristhal, enjoys the day out with her friends, smiling, and making silly faces for a group photo, but later, during a headcount, DCFS agents realize Kristhal is gone. No child or adult knows when Kristhal disappeared.   New Orleans PD canvass the museum’s campus and surrounding city blocks, but no sign of the teen. Investigators now say they fear Kristhal has been trafficked for sex. NOPD has not yet released information explaining the theory, but trafficking is not uncommon in the city, with 1500 new trafficking cases reported in 2023.    New Orleans PD will not confirm from which museum Kristhal  disappeared, but have confirmed she was last seen in the Central Business District, a neighborhood that spans approximately 12 blocks, bordered by I-10 and the mighty Mississippi river.   Joining Nancy Today:  Dr. John Delatorre - licensed psychologist and mediator, specializing in forensic psychology, psychological consultant to Project Absentis: a non profit organization that searches for missing persons, resolutionfcs.com, Twitter, IG, and TikTok - @drjohndelatorre Dawn Schiller - Training Director, LA County Project: Coalition to Abolish Slavery & Trafficking,  Former trafficking victim,  Lived Experience Expert Consultant: US Department of State, Office for Victims of Crime, & US Office on Trafficking in Persons //Author: "The Road Through Wonderland: Surviving John Holmes" Website: www.dawn-schiller.com  www.dawn-schiller.com/shop FB dawn.schiller.9/  FB AuthorDawnSchiller/ INSTA: @dawnschiller55  X: @Dawn Schiller Lynn Shaw - Founder and Executive Director of Lynn's Warriors - an organization committed to ending human trafficking and sexual exploitation  John Pizzuro - Raven’s CEO,  Fmr. SHOCK: HUBBY'S BRUTAL ASSAULT CHARGES DROPPED, MOM NIKKI MISSING

A fire at the home of missing mom of four Nikki Saelee McCain brings out law enforcement, the media and the Shasta County Fire Department. The Redding PD, Shasta County Sheriff's, and Cal-Fire L. E. all witness the growing blaze and multiple officers spotted walking the property while it was still on fire.  Firefighters create a fire line to stop the fire from spreading to nearby homes, but several vehicles on the property appear to be completely burned. Nikki’s husband, Tyler McCain, says he is cited by Cal-Fire for the blaze on his property. Cal-Fire says the fire was sparked by a failed catalytic converter that expelled hot fragments into dry vegetation.  Tyler McCain says he attempted to extinguish the fire, but it spreads so quickly, he calls for help. Cal-Fire says the owner is cited for negligently causing a fire and burning another's land. In the meantime, the imminent domestic Violence case against Tyler McCain now dismissed. Why? Because Nikki Saelee McCain, the alleged victim and states only witness, is still mysteriously missing. Without Nikki, there is not enough evidence to go forward. The DA’s office reserves all rights to refile the case in the future. Nikki's sister says Tyler McCain is escorted into court by police through a back door and once charges are dismissed, he leaves through the back door and directly into a police van. SUSPECT IN BLUDGEON DEATH OF TEEN BOY AT HALLOWEEN PARTY ARRESTED AGAIN?

As a Halloween party in an upscale neighborhood gets out of hand, neighbors call 911 saying there are too many cars and drunk teens in the neighborhood. As Preston Lord and his friends leave the party, one of Lord's friends has a necklace stolen by another group of teens. A fight breaks out when Lord tries to get the necklace back. He is beaten by a group of teens who knock Lord unconscious and kick him while he’s on the ground. Witnesses recount seeing the attackers “hump” Lord and someone in a white suit returning to stomp on Preston Lord, still unconscious in the middle of the street. As Preston Lord lays unconscious on the pavement, friends determine his heart has stopped and other partygoers perform CPR until police arrive and take over. Lord is taken by ambulance to Chandler Regional Hospital, then transferred to Phoenix Children's in extremely critical condition with a severe brain injury. Preston Lord succumbs to his injuries. For those involved, Lord’s death is fodder for social media, some trying to figure out how to cash in on the reward money offered for information about what happened. The suspects discuss the fight over Snapchat, with one of the messages reading, "My mom wants in on the $10K.” These messages are some of the first real clues police begin to follow.  A tipster notifies police that Talan Renner admitted to a friend that he threw the first punch, and Owen Hines told a friend “he only kicked him in the stomach.” Nearly all the witnesses point out Treston Billey and Dominic Turner as aggressors due to their distinct costumes that night. Turner wore all black, while Billey donned a white suit. Using the suspects' digital media, investigators find Taylor Sherman, who admits to taking a video of Preston as he is unconscious on the ground and sending it out on Snapchat. Talyn Vigil also sent a message reading, “I hit a kid and this kid fell, hit his head. Then they kicked his head in the ground, then I got word he died so idk.” The day Preston Lord passes away, Talan Renner’s millionaire father, Travis Renner, goes to work trying to cover up the teen’s involvement. Renner and his business partner allegedly hand out NDAs and push a story that despite Talan Renner having thrown the first punch, Talyn Vigil was truly to blame for Lord’s death. Renner tells the school his son is being bullied, and whisks Talan away to his $800,000 golf club cabin in Show Low, Arizona for a week while Talan’s hands heal from the fight. Meanwhile, Talan Renner brags to friends on Snapchat, “I got in a fight, a big group fight, and I accidentally killed a kid. I guess I’m just too strong.” Joining Nancy Grace Today: Jeanna "Gina"  Pignatiello  - Neighbor who called 911; Instagram @JPignatiello  Ray Giudice – Criminal Defense Attorney in Atlanta, GA; X: @raygiudice Dr. Shari Schwartz – Forensic Psychologist (Specializing in Capital Mitigation and Victim Advocacy); Author: “Criminal Behavior” and “Where Law and Psychology Intersect: Issues in Legal Psychology;” X: @TrialDoc"  Julie Lewis – President & CEO, Digital Mountain, Inc.   Dr. Jan Gorniak – Medical Examiner, Clark County Office of the Coroner/Medical Examiner (Las Vegas, NV), Board Certified Forensic Pathologist Alexis Tereszcuk - CrimeOnline.com Investigative Reporter, Writer/Fact Checker at Lead Stories; X: @swimmie2009   See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Two family grapple with individuals who claim to be long-lost missing children. A woman comes forward claiming to be Cherrie Ann Mahan. The little girl was just an 8-year-old when she went missing, after getting off her school bus, just feet away from her home.  A blue or green van is the only clue. BONE-CHILLING BRYAN KOHBERGER DETAILS EMERGE/ Best of Crime Stories with Nancy Grace

A new book claims Bryan Kohberger is not a random spree killer, but rather, he had one target in mind the night he allegedly killed four college students in their home off-campus in Moscow, Idaho. Author Howard Blum claims investigators believe in a non-targeted attack, the killer would have stopped at the first door inside the house, and it would have been instinctive to go into the first rooms after gaining entry, but that isn't what happened. Investigators point to the two surviving roommates, Dylan Mortenson and Bethany Funke, as proof that Kohberger is after a specific target.  Listen as Nancy Grace and her panel discuss the points Howard Blum uncovers during his own investigation of the evidence submitted to a grand jury.  Joining Nancy Grace Today:  Howard Blum - Author: "When The Night Comes Falling, A Requiem for The Idaho Student Murders;" Instagram: howard_blum_author /X: howardblum    Brian C.
