We're now officially in general election season as the last of the primary races have now concluded. I'll ask Howie for an overall post mortem on the primaries, and find out how the Blue America endorsed candidates fared. We may talk about the latest stunt that the FlaDuh governor got in on today, as he loaded about 50 migrants onto two charter planes (that I at least partially paid for), and send them to Martha's Vineyard. There's so much wrong there, and we'll try to unpack it during today's show...

To be clear, I'm the one who brings the info down to the dummy level. Thom Hartmann is today's guest. He joins us to talk about his new book, "The Hidden History of Neoliberalism: How Reaganism Gutted America and How to Restore its Greatness". As he does on his daily radio show, Thom explains complicated economic policies in a way that most everyone can understand. We'll deal with the the blatant lies proffered by Republicans about Democrats' *thoughts* on abortion in the first half hour, before Thom joins in for a dose of American history.

Robert Greenwald founded Brave New Films over 20 years ago with a film called "Unprecedented: The 2000 Presidential Election." Obviously, it was a travesty that deserved to be memorialized in film. For BNF, it was a highwater benchmark from which to begin a series of issues oriented documentaries. BNF has produced films that parallel the political, societal, cultural and geopolitical times... Their newest release, just out, is what's needed at this fraught time in the lifespan of our democracy... "Suppressed and Sabotaged: The Fight to Vote". Today, I'm joined by BNF Founder and President Robert Greenwald and Carmen Samuel, program manager to tell us about the film, why it's needed, and how to host your own screening. Of course, we'll begin with what's happening in our world. And yes, the Queen is still dead.

Yeah, I know that all of the so-called news shows here in the US are all in on the death of the Queen, but she died, she'll remain dead, Charles is the King and that's about all I have to say about that. I could say a few other things, but it would be counter-productive, and we've got more important things to deal with. Like WTF with this so-called judge that the former guy installed who appeased his call for a "special master" to derail the DOJ's investigation into TFG for stealing classified information on his way out of the White House. Today we'll meet a new guest of the show.
