Don't Be Motivated, Be Inspired

Inspiration goes two ways, but first know that you are accountable for your own inspiration. When you are inspired, you are empowered to invest more (not sacrifice more) to get what you want, if you truly want it. Take accountability for yourself. Find what you love to do and align it with what must be done. Then, work to surround yourself with the right people. When I say, “the right people,” I mean the parts of the people you are most attracted to— the parts of others that bring you confidence, make you feel happy, or empower you to be your best self.Tweet me your takeaway from today’s episode @davidmeltzer Email Me! david@dmeltzer.comSign up for my Free Weekly Training https://free.dmeltzer.com/friday-training-1Text Me! Stop Letting Other People Determine Your Life

While voting for what you want, you’ll get a lot of advice along the way. One of the best ways to handle this advice, especially from loved ones, is to treat others' advice like a handful of sand. We should be grateful for people who give advice and take time to think about it, be appreciative. And if you don't like their advice or it isn’t aligned with your values, let it run through your fingers like a grain of sand. But when someone gives you that pearl of wisdom, be sure to hang on to it.Tweet me your takeaway from today’s episode @davidmeltzer Email Me! david@dmeltzer.comSign up for my Free Weekly Training https://free.dmeltzer.com/friday-training-1Text Me! Should You Be Looking For a Target Audience?

The Key to Finding The Right Coach

What Attributes Make a Good Coach? There is one aspect where the best coaches are united, and that is through consistency. A good coach is consistent in the time and interest they devote to their “team”, as well as their behavior, feedback, and the suggestions they give. These coaches don’t let their own issues impact their ability to lead, they can keep these issues separate from their role as a coach. No matter what area of life you are working on improving, a coach is able to help you bring your best on a day-to-day basis. They can inspire you and motivate you as they help you progress towards your goals.Tweet me your takeaway from today’s episode @davidmeltzer Email Me! david@dmeltzer.comSign up for my Free Weekly Training https://free.dmeltzer.com/friday-training-1Text Me!
