And the subconscious mind is so susceptible to suggestion.A sign of unprocessed trauma is thinking about everything that could go wrong. If we aren't priming our mind to think in another direction. Like the direction of truth, desire, our why, purpose, etc., then we are going in the opposite direction. Because what we don't consciously reject, we subconsciously accept.We need to make decisions from two parts of our brain, where the higher self resides.
