Our Greatest Power Is Our Power To Choose.

Now more than ever is a time to surround yourself with people that are going to lift you up.

You don’t have to suffer in silence anymore.

Your conscious mind has the ability to reason, think and choose. Other species do not have a conscious mind or the power to choose.

We’re acting as as function of our triggers and our traumas most of our lives.

Since we’re currently in a very triggering situation, if we’re not consciously choosing, we are reacting.

If I weren’t in this work, I would feel like a victim too. But, it’s time for us to start to open our eyes, educate ourselves and take some action.
