How to End Self-Sabotage

Episode #47 That feeling of emptiness...no matter how hard you try...is always a result of your unconscious commitments. Unconscious commitments, as defined in this episode, are the things occurring in our lives as repeating patterns that we do not like. If we do not identify these patterns or beliefs that we are unconsciously committed into, it will result in self-sabotage. A work ethic that is instilled in us is to work hard to be more successful. As a result of an unconscious commitment to this belief, we end up hustling and sacrificing our relationships or personal happiness. We struggle and grind to make more money, believing that this will enable us to prove ourselves to other people that we can also make it. Instead of using or spending money to show off, we should invest it for our personal growth and focus on what will really make us happy. To end self-sabotage, we should identify the patterns or beliefs that are already programmed into our minds. We should reflect on what we really feel, acknowledge it, and take radical steps to make a change. We get to reprogram these unconscious commitments and change them into more empowering beliefs. The Alpha Recap

Episode #46 There is no transformation that goes rapidly. It is a continuous work, commitment, and improvement. The result of the transformation is based on your level of standards. Some men use time and money as an excuse but it is really their standards that are preventing them to achieve transformation. They feel that they are not worthy of those standards because they think they are too high for them. Unconscious commitments prevent us from growing and raising our standards. Men always find ways on how to make themselves busy even if it is not working for them because we are taught by the society that when we are busy it means we are successful, in demand and significant. We do not realize that these beliefs or norms will impede our transformation or growth and it will soon ruin our lives. Men in the brotherhood are also businessmen, they have families and most of them are even leaders of their communities. They have high time demands yet they are able to maintain their standards and are always raising it. As a result, they are also able to lift the standards of the people around them. Raising the standard doesn't really require more time and money. It only requires a mindset shift and a commitment to a transformation. Commit to continuously do work and improve. Start with yourself, stay away from the patterns dictated by society and achieve that higher standard of living. How to Break the Habit of Hustle

Episode #39 Oftentimes we find ourselves on autopilot where we slip into old habits and skip our morning routines & habits we set earlier.....quickly getting back into the hustle of work and busyness of life.  In previous episodes, we talked about the dangers of not having a structured routine. When we skip a routine and approach life from "autopilot", we end up setting up our lives to serve our business instead of our business serving our lives.  We let this pattern continue for days without realizing it and if it goes on for months, it will greatly affect our decision making. We become more exhausted, our health starts to decline and you end up becoming more distant to the people you love. Are You Making Your Lover Your Mother?

Episode #38 Every man wants to be the king of the household. In return, they expect passion and intense desire from their partner. A woman, on the other hand, wants a man in her life but if her partner expects her to pick up his clothes for him & do all the chores at home alone, then the energy she has will be quickly consumed and she will have little time & energy to spend as husband and wife.   In this cycle, she will get tired of doing the things that typically a mother does for her son. And THIS is when the dynamics of the relationship starts to change from husband and wife to mother and son.   Men often don't realize this because they have this sense of entitlement in being the one making the money and their energy is being consumed at work, so to them...picking up their clothes from the floor is not worth their time.   If this cycle continues, their partner will lose their desire completely and will start to look outside of her marriage to fulfill that desire.   Doing the basics around the house doesn't mean giving in. You are acting as a leader, an adult, and as a man. Do some helpful things for the people you love and give the feminine energy the freedom to thrive.
