Episode 34 - 3 tips on how to stay motivated in your current job?
In this episode, I talk about staying motivated in a job you know you can't currently leave. This could be for a number of reasons. You properly still love what you do and know it's important you stay in this job perhaps due to contractual or financial obligations.
Getting your mojo back can happen and I share some insights into the work I do with my clients to motivate them. Career Happiness doesn't have to be about sacrificing your future happiness. Sometimes looking at the present and improving that in the short term can be helpful too.
If you need more support around this or have any questions please email me at soma@somaghosh.com
Much love
