666: Divisional round predictions, future of Antonio Brown, Fournette sits with Jags, Gentleman's bet, and more...

Scott Engel and Dane Martinez open the show wondering if the weather and the spotlight will be a factor in Pat Mahomes' first playoff game when the Chiefs take on the Colts on Saturday night. The guys chat about the futures of Antonio Brown and Leonard Fournette, saying Fournette has probably played his last game with the Jaguars, and that Antonio Brown is still a top fantasy pick, despite not having a new home yet. Looking at the Rams and the Cowboys, Scott says the Cowboys' defense has been good, but needs to get pressure on Jared Goff to have any chance against the Rams. Dane questions if CJ Anderson's increased workload is about not overworking Todd Gurley, just coming off an injury, or if the Rams now have two capable backs to throw at Dallas. The guys talk about the possibly frigid conditions, as well as a probable snowstorm, hitting Kansas City and New England, respectively, and how it's not as worrisome for people who want to put DFS lineups together this weekend. Dane and Scott make a gentleman's bet involving the tight end playing of Rob Gronkowski and Eric Ebron. #FNTSY #NFL #divisionalplayoffs #Colts #Chiefs #ArrowheadStadium #PatMahomes #DamianWilliams #TYHilton #Rams #Cowboys #ToddGurley #CJAnderson #JaredGoff #DakPrescott #AmariCooper #DFS #DailyRoto #Optimizer #DraftKings #FanDuel #EricEbron #Gronk #Patriots #Chargers Learn more about your ad-choices at https://news.iheart.com/podcast-advertisers

665: Gase with the Jets, Browns coaching, Bucs and Arians, Saints motivation, and more...

Dane Martinez and Scott Engel open the show trying to wrap their heads around the Jets hiring Adam Gase as their head coach, citing how they both think this is a very "uninspiring" call, even comparing the hiring to that of the Giants hiring Ben McAdoo. Scott goes on to say that Peyton Manning called the Jets to endorse Gase, but Dane is not impressed, citing that Gase has butted heads with too many of his own players. Going over to Cleveland, the guys wonder if the Browns would have benefited by keeping interim head coach, Gregg Williams, as a co-head coach with Freddie Kitchens, instead of outright firing Williams. Dane and Scott try to figure out where Todd Bowles will head, with the guys thinking he would be a better coordinator with a team like the Bucs or even the Texans. Learning that Kyler Murray is possibly forgoing his signing bonus with the Oakland Athletics, and declaring for the NFL Draft, the guys wonder if this is the right move for the Heisman winner, and if a team like the Giants, Jaguars or Dolphins would pick him up in the first round. Looking at the playoffs, Dane and Scott like Sean Payton showing his Saints team the Lombardi trophy, as well as the cash bonus the players get, and saying "You want this? Win three f*****g games." #FNTSY #NFL #Jets #AdamGase #Dolphins #ToddBowles #BruceAryans #Browns #FreddieKitchens #GreggWilliams #PeytonManning #Bucs #NickFoles #Eagles #Saints #SeanPayton #SuperBowl Learn more about your ad-choices at https://news.iheart.com/podcast-advertisers

664: New coaches, divisional round previews, and more...

Dane Martinez and Scott Engel open the show talking about the moving pieces in the coaching carousel, including Dirk Koetter going back to the Falcons as offensive coordinator, and how Matt Ryan has had to go through different coaches throughout his career, but at least has a familiar face coming back. Speaking of Koetter's old team, the Bucs, the guys wonder if Tevin Coleman would be a good fit in the running game along side Ronald Jones in Tampa. The guys start previewing the divisional round playoff games, both agreeing that the Colts are coming in to Arrowhead stadium as one of the hottest teams in the playoffs, while the Chiefs are looking a little wobbly.  #FNTSY #NFL #Cowboys #DakPrescott #Cheifs #PatMahomes #Rams #ToddGurley #Colts #AndrewLuck #DontrelleInman #Falcons #DirkKoetter #TevinColeman #Bucs Learn more about your ad-choices at https://news.iheart.com/podcast-advertisers

663: Wild weekend in Wild Card games, Wild Card recap, and more...

Dane Martinez and Scott Engel look back at a very wild Weekend in the Wild Card, where the guys agree defense is starting to win championships. The guys start off looking at the Colts taking down the Texans, saying how the Colts looked like the better team from the get go, that Andrew Luck and the Colts look hungry and will be a very tough out for the Chiefs next weekend. The Cowboys' win over the Seahawks has the guys wondering if Amari Cooper is back to WR1 consideration for 2019\. The Chargers' win in Baltimore, along with the fact that they never had a home field advantage in Los Angeles, has Dane thinking they can take the road all the way to the Super Bowl, but Scott reminds Dane that Phillip Rivers is 0-7 in the playoffs against his next opponent, Tom Brady and the Patriots. #FNTSY #NFL #WildCard #Colts #Cowboys #Chargers #Eagles #Texans #Ravens #Seahawks #Bears #AndrewLuck #MarlonMack #DontrelleInman #PhillipRivers #LamarJackson Learn more about your ad-choices at https://news.iheart.com/podcast-advertisers

662: NFL Wild Card preview and more...

Scott Engel and Dane Martinez are reunited for the first time in 2019, as they spend the hour together previewing the Wild Card matchups, and making the most prolific DFS and fantasy playoff lineups. The guys try to figure which teams willhave the best chances at playing in all 4 games of the playoffs and Super Bowl. thinking the Colts are the most likely to run through all the rounds, which makes Andrew Luck one of the best playoff fantasy plays to use. Dane and Scott question if Rob Gronkowski would be a contrarian play in the playoff formats, with Dane thinking so many people are off Gronk.  #FNTSY #NFL #fantasyfootball #WildCard #Colts #AndrewLuck #Texans #DHop #Cowboys #ZekeElliott #Seahawks #ChrisCarson #RussellWilson #Patriots #TomBrady Learn more about your ad-choices at https://news.iheart.com/podcast-advertisers

Scott Engel and George Kurtz open the show looking atthe playoff teams heading into Wild Card Weekend. The guys start with the Seahawks and Cowboys, saying the game will come down to the coaches and the quarterbacks. 660: Week 16 recap, Saints marching along, Ebron down, and more...

Dane Martinez and Scott Engel open the show talking about how the Saints, though not looking like the best, will be one of the toughest outings in the playoffs, as they lock up the top seed in the NFC. The Steelers, who lost to the Saints, find themselves in a strage predicament, as they are looking on the outside of the playoffs, and need the Browns to defeat the Ravens to help them get in to the playoffs. A team that the Saints, nor anyone, should want to see in the playoffs, the Seahawks, are looking much more dangerous, and hitting their stride after taking down the Chiefs in the late night game. The Patriots helped themselves by keeping in the drivers seat for the second seed in the AFC, along with a first round bye, as the guys question if Tom Brady is starting to see the effects of Father Time. Dane and Scott agree that there is reason to be excited about the future of the Browns, and think Baker Mayfield has the weapons around them to be contenders heading in to next season. Mike Blewitt joins the guys to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas, even though Santa did not gift him with a Steelers win yesterday.  #FNTSY #NFL #fantasyfootball #Week16 #Saints #Patriots #Steelers #Browns #Ravens #Colts #Titans #JoeMixon #TomBrady #SonyMichel #BakerMayfield #PhillipLindsay Learn more about your ad-choices at https://news.iheart.com/podcast-advertisers

659: Week 16 rankings, Josh Gordon, playoff roster moves, Inside Injuries, and more...

Dane Martinez and Scott Engel open the show looking at the fantasy impacts of Josh Gordon leaving the Patriots to get help with his mental health, and also question if we have seen the last of the troubled wide receiver. The guys talk about how the Dolphins are phasing out DeVante Parker, and Scott says if you have Parker, keep him, and see if he gets put in a better situation. Dr. A of Inside Injuries joins the show to look at the latest Injury updates on players like Keenan Allen, Melvin Gordon, Tyler Boyd and Cam Newton. #FNTSY #NFL #fantasyfootball #Week16 #InsideInjuries #JoshGordon #KeenanAllen Learn more about your ad-choices at https://news.iheart.com/podcast-advertisers

658: Week 16 injury news, no Cam newton, Saints additions, and remebering Lawr Michaels...

Dane Martinez and Scott Engel open the show looking at what to do if you have lost Cam Newton, who will sit out the rest of the season with a shoulder injury. The guys wonder if the return of Ted Ginn Jr. will help spread the Saints offense, with Scott saying he won't return in time for fantasy Championships, but could be a factor in the playoffs. Looking at some of the Week 16 match-ups, Dane asks Scott if Russell Wilson can be a solid option against the Chiefs, with Scott saying this game could be back and forth, and Wilson could be forced to throw the ball a lot more than normal. The guys talk about how Alvin Kamara and Christian McCaffrey were possibly the biggest Pro Bowl snubs, though Scott says they both weren't as great all year as Ezekiel Elliott or Saquon Barkley. Scott and Dane remember their late friend and colleague, Lawr Michaels.  #FNTSY #NFL #fantasyfootball #Week16 #Panthers #CamNewton #Saints #Chiefs #Seahawks #RussellWilson #ZackErtz #ProBowl #LawrMichaels Learn more about your ad-choices at https://news.iheart.com/podcast-advertisers

657: Week 16 previews, Gurley concerns, Pro Bowl, and more...

Dane Martinez and Scott Engel open the show looking at how the Rams signing CJ Anderson is a big concern to Todd Gurley owners, with Scott saying he may not play in Week 16, and you will have to go to the waivers and add John Kelly immediately. Dane tips his cap to Phillip Lindsay, becoming the first un-drafted rookie to make the Pro Bowl, but also questions how Andrew Luck was not added to the initial roster. Looking at how to roster a fantasy for Championships, the guys find it interesting that Lamar Jackson is a better option than the likes of possible MVP candidate, Phillip Rivers.  #FNTSY #NFL #fantasyfootball #Week16 #AaronJones #ToddGurley #CJAnderson #JohnKelly #AndrewLuck #PhillipLindsay #PhillipRivers #ProBowl #Cowboys #Bucs Learn more about your ad-choices at https://news.iheart.com/podcast-advertisers
