Nope. Wills was checking Bumgarner for foreign substances. But, the problem was he was staring directly at Bumgarner’s face. It was a complete ump show. A joke. Wade from in 1973 that protects a pregnant woman's liberty to choose to have an abortion without excessive government restriction. Let’s break this down.
