Rehabbing and making ugly houses pretty has been idolized thanks to shows like HGTV these days but most struggle with it. Lord knows that's not Courtney's (our host) best strength. In this episode, Courtney deep dives the art of scaling a house flipping with someone who not only renovates properties but does so AT A DISTANCE VIRTUALLY! Dominique typically runs 10+ flips at a time in New Orleans, where all her investments are, while living full time in Colorado. Between wholesaling, flipping, and buy and hold investments, she has over 80 deals under her belt and is an expert at both acquisitions and renovations. She has mastered the art of managing a team remotely, running accurate numbers on deals from 1,200 miles away, and creating a flipping business that "runs itself" while she gets to travel and live life to the fullest!
