After meeting at an event in Stockholm. We thought it would be fun to come together and talk about employee engagement versus employee experience. Sharing our own experiences of work, how it’s changed and the expectations employees have on modern day businesses. Interesting given we are 20 years apart and in different stages in our careers.

This episode kicks off a series of podcasts recorded live at the Design Thinking Conference in Amsterdam 🇳🇱. The two day event was held at the Tobacco theatre in October 2018, focusing exclusively on the subject of ‘empathy’.
