Call it swimming upstream or walking against traffic, but it’s what we need to do if we’re trying to live with vibrant health in our society! In this episode, we’ll acknowledge some of these situations – in food, in work, in popular culture and more – and will identify some entities who are trying to prey on our vulnerabilities as humans. While leaving things to chance might not lead to living with wellness, the process of taking our health back can be fun and uplifting and empowering! LET’S TALK THE WALK!
