Ep 103 - Craig White - Performance Coach

This week my guest is Craig White who I first heard on Russel Earnshaw's Podcast the Magic Academy. Craig is doing some amazing work and has had a helluva journey to get to where he is now, starting off as a hard nose rugby league player and strength and conditioning coach right though to being a yoga instructor and talking about love. He has a couple of websites worth checking out, Men without Masks and Craig White Mentoring, below is an excerpt from this website, https://www.craigwhitementoring.com/"Over the last 25 years, I've been on an incredible journey of self-discovery. A journey that has taken me from the power lifting gyms of America to the temples of India, from the rugby fields of England to the jungles of Peru, from my head and into my heart."Send us a textSupport the showhttps://talkingperformancepod.com/

100 - David Galbraith Reunion

This is a pretty special episode for me. Not because it is my 100th episode but more because I was back where it all started with my old mate, live on Facebook with such a cool community. I loved being back online live and seeing the names of the community pop up with questions and comments and it made me reflect on how incredibly grateful I am to have started this and made so many great connections.A special thanks at this point to a couple of people who helped make this happen at the start, obviously DG but also my good mate Scott Curtis. We cover some cool shit in this chat and the key bit that really stuck with me was DG saying “we need to magnify magic everywhere and have this as part of our language”Anyway If you would like to connect with DG check out his website https://www.habitofgreatness.co.nz/ and in particular his online mindset courses. Thanks for all your support over the 100 EpisodesSend us a textSupport the showhttps://talkingperformancepod.com/
