The great support, enthusiasm, and love he has felt during the creation and launch of his book, Now Is The Way. What download he received that inspired him to write, Now Is The Way. Universal human problems and experiences that he discovered we all have in our individual lives. (9:00) Why he doesn't tend to hesitate when a door opens for him to take on a new challenge or project. The cycle of putting out a little bit of himself into his art, being rejected, and then humbled by the experience. (11:00) 250 Dave Asprey   [12:00] The Brain's Evolutionary Hangover   Why we can become slaves to what's happening to the stimuli outside of our body if we are not mindful. What unconventional mindfulness is and why Cory sees his book, Now Is The Way, in that light. Our brain's evolutionary hangover that is causing us to still suffer from issues in the modern world such as being highly self-conscious and unable to understand other perspectives of living. How the internet, social media, and the need to stand out from everyone else have made it easier for us to stay in this evolutionary hangover and be entirely self-involved. It's totally normal to find yourself focusing too much on yourself and what others think of you because that trait is programmed within us. How to bring yourself back to the moment when you find yourself being self-conscious.   [19:10] The Mindset Of A Warrior & The Heart Of A Child   How to have the heart of a child by being open to others rather than closed and judgemental.   His own reshaping and inner work to re-emerge with a new, open heart which helped him get past the facade of social context and identity projection of others. The old anger that he used to hold onto from his family's environment when his parents got divorced when he was four years old. Why his mother put him in a mental institution at the age of 14 because she thought he was weird and unstable when really he was just very creative and different than her and she didn't have the tools to help her see that. The emotional manipulation, conditional love, fearful parenting and feelings of isolation that he suffered from which then led him to feel resentful, sad, and angry during his younger years Alan Watts Why no parent is perfect and we're all going to mess up as we go through different experiences, feelings, and thoughts when raising a family even if none of them are traumatic. The simple fact that all of our sufferings are relative based on our personalities, mindset, and experiences.   [26:00] Life Lessons For Greater Mindfulness The life lessons we can learn about being more mindful by observing children. How meditation can help us let go of resentfulness, pain, and negative thought patterns. Friedrich Nietzsche What he learned from the work of Nietzsche to help him better understand himself, his thoughts and how his mind works. His obsession with studying Western philosophy for hours at a time for many years. How he transitioned from Western to Eastern philosophy and meditation to greater expand his learning and self-awareness. Terence McKenna Robert Anton Wilson Why we become so fixated on the thought loops in our mind even if some of them might not even be our own but from another past life.   [30:00] Letting Go Of Thought Loops How and why we identify and understand ourselves through the stories that we create about our lives. Our ancient brain's ability to conceptualize which was useful hundreds of years ago but not so much now when we're focusing all of our energy on something meaningless to do with our jobs, relationships, or future. How pausing during a negative or critical thought and then engaging with something else can help create new ideas, experiences, and water down any negative loop patterns. What he did for himself to let go of his own thought loops that were taking up his time and attention.   [35:00] Creating A Relationship With The Uncertainty Monster The absurdity of allowing yourself to get so wrapped up in an idea that's really unlikely to happen. 129 Gretchen Rubin How Cory helped a colleague overcome stress simply by telling him to but a "Breathe" reminder on his phone every hour. Various tools to help us overcome uncertainty, stress, and come back to the present moment. (38:00) The impact of visual cues that will help you relax, be still and let go of uncertainty and stress. Creating a morning routine that allows you to take time for yourself and start your day off with a healthy mindset. How directing your attention to things you really love like a morning coffee, workout, or meditation can make an impact.   [41:10] Mindfulness Is Strength Training For The Brain Why people are so restless because it's easier for them to wrestle with nothing than to sit with it. The struggle we face to observe, accept, and let go of negative thoughts and emotions within the mindfulness gap. Why we're conditioned to react to something that happens to our lives instead of effectively responding to it. We are are not our thoughts but our thoughts put in action. It's okay if you can't 100% let go of your negative thoughts in the moment; the important thing is that you try and apply the tools you already have. How to naturally rewire the brain by indulging in positive thoughts rather than negative and critical ones.   [46:10] Rewiring Your Meat Radio The difference between dwelling on thoughts that you "crave" vs. thoughts that you are "hungry" for and need to address. (47:40) Steps we can take to wake up right now to new revelations when our heads have been underwater for so long with all of these stories that we tell ourselves. How to hold yourself accountable for your new way of thinking and own story. The fact that change won't just happen over time; it takes patience, effort, and nurturing to really see future results. His equation for real change: consistent action and time. (51:00) Viktor Frankl What kind of people you should look out for to help you create the best Wellness Tribe for your needs. Why can't force people to change or have a completely new mind shift but we can be there for them along their journey. What wellness means for Cory in our modern world. (58:00) M21   Now Is The Way by Cory Allen Click here to get your own copy of Now Is The Way by Cory Allen Now Is the Way: An Unconventional Approach to Modern Mindfulness The modern world has overwhelmed us. Anxiety rates are high and we’re more distracted than ever. We're suffering. But it doesn’t have to be this way. By learning how to control our minds, we can control our lives. In this book, I offer a fresh guide to mindfulness for you–a person living in the strange and beautiful times of today. What makes this book unconventional? I’ve built a new bridge between knowing and doing. Now Is the Way will not only give you mental clarity, but also reduce your anxiety, help you find your purpose, and increases your focus. It will teach you how to stop reacting to your life and start living it. Right Now.     Power Quotes From The Show   Our Limitless Potential To Learn And Love "We live in times that support higher thinking while at the same time we live with a brain that was designed for safety and reaction. The dance steps between the two arenʼt taught in traditional school. Encapsulated into each one of us is the limitless potential and a lifelong lesson of learning and loving. It takes the heart of a child and the mind of a warrior to live life well." - Cory Allen   We Are Not Our Thoughts "We are not our thoughts. We are our thoughts put into action. You get to observe your thoughts and choose which ones you want to put into your world. You don't have to be perfect at this mindfulness practice either; just recognize when you're about to go down a dark road of inner conversation."  - Cory Allen   Building Mindfulness Muscle "People are fidgety because it's a lot easier to wrestle with nothing than to sit with it. Most people are always trying to wrestle with that feeling of nothing and stillness of being because actually sitting with it is a lot more challenging at first because their muscles of mindfulness are quite atrophied. Most of us have never grown up with training on how to strengthen our skill of mindfulness so these muscles are small at first but once we begin to just develop even the most basic practices of it, it's amazing how quickly that becomes a really strong and easy thing." - Cory Allen   Creating A Whole New Version Of You "We tend to react to our life instead of respond to it. We all want to be that person who is free of judgment and is more kind, patient, present, loving and is able to connect with the people in their lives at a deeper level. However, there are these emerging negative qualities that lead us to dwell on these negative thoughts and criticisms. Those ideas will rise and pass through because there is no space and we tend to react quickly to them rather than observe, think, and respond to them. However, by being able to recognize when negative thoughts arise and choosing to not act on them, not say them, not to believe them and throw them into the mindfulness gap, you can create this whole different version of yourself." - Cory Allen   Links From Today's Show Organifi The Astral Hustle podcast Release Into Now course Now Is The Way The Mind Is A Meat Radio Cory Allen's Binaural Beats 206 Dan Pardi 250 Dave Asprey Alan Watts Friedrich Nietzsche Terence McKenna Robert Anton Wilson 129 Gretchen Rubin Viktor Frankl M21 Altered Ear Cory Allen Facebook Instagram Twitter YouTube   About Cory Allen Cory Allen is an author, podcast host, meditation teacher, composer, and audio engineer. For episode 300, I am sharing the 10 biggest lessons I have learned thus far on this journey. I want to share my truth: This entrepreneurial and podcast path has not been 100% rainbows. Even since early childhood, I have known, deep down, that I march to the beat of a different drummer. Maybe you feel that too, and that’s why you’re here. I’ve faced inner and outer demons I wouldn’t wish on anyone, and since I woke up in 2014, I’ve done some really, really, hard work to let go of old stories about genetics, beliefs, and the people and things that don't serve my wellness. But yet as hard as this has been, I’ve also learned that when you operate from a place of love and service to others, and if you really want something, all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it. This podcast has been my home, my work, and my life for 4 years now, and today, I get to give thanks to YOU.    Top Lessons Learned From 300+ Shows 1. Until I see you again real soon, I’m wishing you love and wellness.  - Josh Trent     Power Quotes From The Show   Just The Joy Of The Conversation Is A Gift "I had no idea that my life would be this rewarding and this challenging. I say I have both because if you look at any relationship, whether it's with friends or a significant other, it's when we go through the challenges of travel and connection and schedules and work to actually get the podcast out there or even just going to a new town and meeting new people, there's always going to be a bitter before there's the sweet. So, the sweet is getting to be able to text Dr. Jade Teta or email Dave Asprey or connect with some of these people that I had idolized when I was a personal trainer but I've only done that because I did the work brick by brick, day by day, year by year to let these people know that when it was time for us to have a conversation, that I really cared and that I was really adamant about letting them know how much I respect them and whether or not I get anything from them besides a conversation, just the joy of the conversation was the gift. That is a great way to build friendships."  - Josh Trent   Healing Ourselves Every Day "If I'm always in the process of being my best self then I'm always in the process of being healed, cured, or evolving into whatever the new version of me has let go of. In other words, did I let go of stress, physical trauma, emotional trauma? Every single day, what am I being cured from? What am I stepping towards? That's the whole point of this life. If we don't constantly look at how we can heal and cure the spiritual malady that we have as a society; as a human race, then we're not going to make it. I believe in humanity; I believe we're going to make it but only if we look at this life through the healing and cured lense." - Josh Trent     Doing The Work Together "When I think about the evolution of my healing, it comes through this podcast, and it's what I want people to feel from me every episode. Not only am I doing this work but we're also doing this work together so that when we're out of the spaces of doing the work, we can actually show up and live our life well. We can actually show up and have loving relationships and full joy and full expression and full connection with our friends and partners." - Josh Trent Links From Today's Show Civilized Caveman The Cured Collective Podcast The Tim Ferriss Show CURED Nutrition Joe Sheehey, CURED Nutrition Founder Paleo f(x) Oura Ring FitTech Summit Collective Podcast with Joseph Sheehey WFR 071 Melissa Hartwig The Whole 30 WFR 275 Paul Chek 23andMe WFR 214 Mansal Denton Nootropedia WFR 214 Jesse Lawler Smart Drugs Smarts Podcast Neurohacker Collective WFR 096 Daniel Schmachtenberger WFR 250 Dave Asprey WFR 293 Dr. Jade Teta Onnit WFR 196 Aubrey Marcus WFR 219 Kyle Kingsbury WFR 285 Luke Storey Carl Jung The Shadow Archetype - Carl Jung  Jordan Peterson Biologic Effects of Stress and Bonding in Mother-Infant Pairs Living 4D with Paul Chek: Making A Love Connection - A Conversation With Josh Trent Living 4D with Paul Chek: The Revolution Is Coming: My Conversation With Josh Trent Connor Beaton of ManTalks M21 Breathwork.io Letting Go by David R. If we look at and address the functional medicine triangle paradigm which includes the gut, thyroid, and adrenals, we will see a massive improvement in all aspects of our health." - Christa Orecchio   21st-Century Stress Diseases "Collectively, we are in this 21st-century stress disease of chronic overwhelm and burn out. We're living off of stress hormones and we can't keep going the way we're going now. We have to break down to break through and that's the only way out. We can't medicate it anymore, try to supplement it away, take a yoga class, or just read a book. With the right guidance and support, we can make the process simple and do the actual hard work." - Christa Orecchio   Emotional Mastery For A Strong Body "Maintaining a strong nervous system is really everything and you can't just approach it physiologically. We have to learn how to emotionally re-pattern because life's going to do what life's going to do to all of us. So, the next time you experience a stressful moment, you have to have some kind of emotional mastery that allows you to respond instead of react to it. If you're constantly reacting, then you're going to drive the physiological process and then the clinical aspect of this work becomes a band-aid." - Christa Orecchio   The Trick To Real-Time Health Feedback "Lab tests are great but they only give you a snapshot in time but it's not the same as instant feedback. Taking your temperature and pulse is easy, free, and provides real-time feedback as to whether your adrenals and thyroid are able to regulate your blood sugar and it's an accurate reflection of available T3 inside of the cells." - Christa Orecchio     Links From Today's Show Organifi Byron Katie 295 Sandra Biskind Wallace Wattles Napoleon Hill Joe Dispenza Bruce Lipton The Belief of Biology by Bruce Lipton Tony Robbins Results Coaching 213 Bonnie Kelly The Stress-Weight Connection: Cortisol and Your Metabolism 11 Ways To Heal And Nourish The Nervous System 2019 Gut Health Report: The Latest Scientific Research And Discoveries (In Layman's Terms) The Whole Journey Cookbook: 180 Delicious Ways to Use Food as Medicine by Christa Orecchio How to Conceive Naturally: And Have a Healthy Pregnancy after 30 The Adrenal Recode Christa Orecchio Twitter LinkedIn The Whole Journey Facebook Instagram Pinterest YouTube   About Christa Orecchio Christa Orecchio is a clinical and holistic nutritionist dedicated to helping individuals use food as medicine to heal from the root cause. 298 Nick Pineault: The Non-Tinfoil Guide To EMFs

Our homes play such a huge role in making us either sick or healthy and EMFs are constantly creating a stressful environment. When people spend just two days in isolated nature, they have reported feeling completely different and sometimes even healed. So, ask yourself, are you sick or is your home sick? - Nick Pineault Are EMFs the new smoking? What scary truths are the big wireless companies hiding from you? ---> Join the Wellness Warrior VIP Club: get exclusive discounts on new wellness tools, be first in line for new podcasts, get access to invite-only events, and so much more.** ---> Get The Morning 21: A powerful (and free) system designed to give you more energy, let go of old weight, and live life well. JOIN THE FACEBOOK GROUP | *REVIEW*   Wellness Force Radio Episode 298 Investigative Health Journalist, #1 bestselling author of The Non-Tinfoil Guide to EMFs, and an advocate for safe technologies, Nick “The EMF Guy” Pineault, reveals what actions you can take now to improve your home environment against EMFs, discusses the dangers of technology developing faster than we can study its effects, and explains the four different types of EMFs: radiofrequency, electric fields, magnetic fields, and dirty electricity. Discover how to reduce your exposure to EMFs and even reverse many of their negative health effects.   The Non-Tinfoil Guide To EMFs Click here to get your copy of The Non-Tinfoil Guide to EMFs Can you really feel years younger & make unexplained symptoms vanish with the click of a button — the “Airplane Mode” on your cell phone? Investigative Health Journalist Nicolas Pineault used to think this all sounded like something only crazy people wearing tinfoil hats would say. But the overwhelming amount of independent scientific evidence linking electromagnetic fields (EMFs) from wireless technologies with increased risks of cancer, infertility, insomnia, and depression sure has the uncanny ability to change a man’s mind. The Non-Tinfoil Guide to EMFs is a simple and unconventional book that will teach you exactly how to reduce your exposure to this brand new 21st-century pollution without going back to the Stone Age. You will learn: What your smartphone, your WiFi router, and your microwave oven have in common (page 9) Why policymakers and scientists all worldwide don’t agree about whether EMFs are dangerous or not (page 21) Is Electro-Hypersensitivity as popularized in the TV show “Better Call Saul” real? Or is it all psychological? (page 62) Why carrying a cell phone in your pocket can harm your fertility (201 studies prove it) (page 72) Discover The 1-click fix to reduce cellphone EMFs by 84% (page 142) What is safer? Speakerphone, earbuds or a Bluetooth earpiece? (page 155) The #1 worst source of EMF radiation at home (page 160) Why baby monitors are worse than smartphones, and better alternatives (page 208) It’s true. The jury is still out about whether cellphone radiation is the new smoking or just a temporary scare. But why take chances? Instead, read The Non-Tinfoil Guide to EMFs — the technological seat belt you might just need to use your new gadgets safely.   Electrosmog RX: The EMF Health Solution Click here to register for Electrosmog RX: The EMF Health Solution This 5-Module EMF Online Course For Health Professionals gives you everything you need to protect yourself, your family, and your clients from EMFs. Looking at the amount of EMF radiation that we’re being exposed to can be overwhelming. THE GOOD NEWS is that there are ways to reduce your EMF exposure by 90%, and even reverse many negative health effects from EMF exposure. The challenge is that a lot of education out there about EMFs isn’t very credible. If you Google around you’ll likely find a lot of fear-mongering conspiracy theories OR (even worse) Big-Wireless funded studies that try to falsely show that EMFs are safe.   Listen To Episode 298 As Nick Pineault Uncovers: Concerns over what harm these man-made EMFs,toxins, and chemicals have been doing to our bodies since they were introduced to the mass population. Why we should care about the effects of EMFs as much as we do when it comes to sugar, tobacco, or lack of sleep. Effects of the intense noise and vibrations that we can hear and feel coming from cell phone towers. The inspiration behind him starting a new career path focusing on writing about health and nutrition. His original plan to write a book about cancer after his mother's experience but then felt compelled to inform people about EMFs after reading book after book about its effects. The 135 papers he has read about the adverse health effects of EMFs to help him write his book. 2011 WHO event which brought together 36 experts to discuss the hazardous effects of EMFs. Dr. Anthony Miller's statement that EMFs are right up there as a Class 1 carcinogen along with smoking tobacco and asbestos. Similar to the long-term effects of nuclear bombs or Agent Orange on our biology and future generations, we're not yet sure about the long-term effects of EMFs. How removing yourself from EMFs or reducing the amount can help you sleep better, end brain fog, and give you more energy. How To Begin Reducing The Effects Of EMFs Now Why distance is key when decreasing the effects of EMFs and its contact with your body. How to decrease the impact of cell phone radiation when you normally carry your phone in your pocket or generally keep it close to your body when out in public. Benefits of revamping your office or home computer system through the use of Ethernet cables rather than the WiFi. How you can make positive, empowering changes in your own household, neighborhood, and workplace about the use of technology.  Alternative methods for someone to get in touch with you rather than through your cell phone such as redirecting a landline at work or home. How spending time outside in nature away from EMFs plays such a huge factor in your health. The new inner work he's doing for greater self-development and more positive thinking to help him cope with constantly learning about the negative impacts of EMFs. What's next for him now that he's done the research on EMFs and is bringing greater awareness about its negative effects to the public. Conscious capitalism: the new movement in Silicon Valley to create technology that respects human beings, and how it can shape our society's future. The small changes you can make at home such as moving your WiFi router, going on airplane mode, and not holding your cellphone up to your head to reduce the effects of EMFs.   Power Quotes From The Show   Reversing The Effects Of EMFs "When people are already overwhelmed with viruses, parasites, and antibiotics, they are now even more sensitive to EMFs but it can be reversed. Your sensitivity to EMFs will vary depending on your current state of health and overall body load of daily stressors." - Nick Pineault Investigate Your Environment "Whether it's EMFs, mold, chemicals, or just the fact that you're stressed because you live in a big city, you owe it to yourself to figure out which of those factors are getting in the way of your health and investigate whether leaving that environment will help you feel completely different." - Nick Pineault   Being Aware Of EMFs At Home "Most people unwillingly just forget about EMFs and think they have a mold, chemical, or stress problem. No one even looks at where their WiFi router is and sometimes people even sleep with it right below their heads. Let's remove all of these possible factors and then you might literally see a difference in how you feel and sleep at night. No one ever comes back to me and tells me that they feel the exact same way." - Nick Pineault   Taking Action Now "We, as humanity, are facing a crisis in how technological development is happening at a frantic pace that is more rapid than our ability to study their effects on our biology. If we're experiencing the hazardous effects of 4G and 5G now, what's going to happen once 6G hits the ground?" - Nick Pineault     Links From Today's Show Organifi 279 Thaddeus Owen The 4-Hour Work Week by Tim Ferriss Disconnect by Devra Davis Overpowered by Dr. Martin Blank Dirty Electricity by Dr. Samuel Milham  The Berkeley Cell Phone “Right To Know” Ordinance IARC Classifies Radiofrequency Electromagnetic Fields As Possibly Carcinogenic To Humans Cancer Expert Declares Cell Phone And Wireless Radiation As Carcinogenic To Humans 275 Paul Chek Olga Sheean  SafeSleeve DefenderShield RF Safe RP of Sweden #52 Nick Pineault | Human Optimization Hour w/Kyle Kingsbury 219 Kyle Kingsbury Onnit Mindshare Summit JJ Virgin Dr. Alan Christianson Dr. Dietrich Klinghardt Dr. Tom O'Bryan Rythmia Center for Humane Technology 129 Gretchen Rubin 5G Crisis ENV-RD-10 Trusii Electrosmog RX: The EMF Health Solution The Non-Tinfoil Guide to EMFs Nick Pineault Facebook Instagram YouTube ResearchGate LinkedIn   About Nick Pineault Nick “The EMF Guy” Pineault (*like the wine*) is the #1 bestselling author of The NonTinfoil Guide to EMFs and an advocate for safe technologies. 297 Mike Mutzel: The Truth About Fasting

The body tries to maintain balance but if you're eating all of these carbs because you're feeling all of this stress, that's an emotional connection to food and you're mitigating your stress via emotional eating. I've done that too, I'm totally guilty of that and I get it but fasting makes us brutally honest with our emotional connection to food. - Mike Mutzel What is intermittent fasting, how can you begin one, and what are its benefits?   ---> Join the Wellness Warrior VIP Club: get exclusive discounts on new wellness tools, be first in line for new podcasts, get access to invite-only events, and so much more.** ---> Get The Morning 21: A powerful (and free) system designed to give you more energy, let go of old weight, and live life well. A breakdown of the physiology of fasting and how ketones and ketosis play a part. His experience of using steroids for bodybuilding until a back injury led him down a healthier road. The deep-set belief he had growing up that he had to look a certain way, make a certain amount of money, and have the perfect car to be accepted. His young introduction to drugs at 9 years old and the big learning curve that was brought to him by the universe. How clean eating and dieting for six years helped him feel normal again as his brain healed. The Alpha Fetoprotein (AFP) biomarker results he received and how that lighted a fire in him to start taking better care of his health. Why biomarker results are often false and you should have a second test to make sure of your results. Recovering From Our Metabolic Debt Metabolic debt, its impacts on our health, and how we can begin to face it. How long you should fast is based on three things: your body's circadian clock, your health history, and your goals. How to stop yourself from continuing to identify yourself only by your disease or health issue. It's not necessary to do the Ketogenic diet to burn fat and you can actually experience quicker results with intermittent fasting if you're on a low-carb diet. The environment and eating habits we create according to the seasons or diet we follow: Paleo, Keto, or Intermittent Fasting. His course to help guide people to have their own garden or little farm: Backyard Garden School with Nancy Carpenter Why he recommends doing a 12-hour fast such as from 7 pm - 7 am for intermittent fasting. Food's impact on our metabolic damage, genetics regression, and epigenetics. Why stress can actually be a good thing for positive results from intermittent fasting and movement. What ghrelin and leptin are, how to measure them, and how they play a major part in weight loss. How to build yourself up to be resilient and adaptable for better emotional, physical, and mental wellness. Power Quotes From The Show   The Growth Edge Of Intermittent Fasting "Before you had all of these safety nets like Paleo gluten-free chips that you could just grab and eat whenever you were stressed without the guilt but now that you're fasting, you have to deal with that stress. When you begin intermittent fasting, you'll feel uncomfortable, awkward, and nervous but you have to figure out why you're feeling that way and what you're going to do to resolve, address, and heal it. That's where growth can take place with your intermittent fasting practice."- Mike Mutzel A Fasting Plan As Unique As You "There's a lot of confusion out there when it comes to creating your own fasting plan because first of all, everyone is so different. From a young athlete who wants to start a family to someone older, close to retirement, and as had a couple of kids, both of their approaches to fasting are completely unique. So, we have to consider the context but also the person's goals and their background. Someone who has been eating healthy their whole life will have a very different approach and set of goals compared to someone who has been eating fast food for several years and now needs to be a bit more extreme with their health." - Mike Mutzel Achieving Ketosis Through Fasting "When we start to fast, that's a natural way to get into ketosis. So, maybe the diets for keto and fasting are different but you can have success with intermittent fasting or prolonged fasting and not be on the ketogenic diet. It's a lot easier to have success with fasting or intermittent fasting if you are on a low-carb diet anyway because it lends itself to producing ketones."  - Mike Mutzel Recover Faster: FITAID RX ZERO (Sugar Free + CREATINE) Recovery Blend is Keto-friendly, with the same clean ingredients and essential nutrients you love in FITAID ZERO. The three phases of intelligence: gathering information, applying what we have learned, and embodying the knowledge. Dating in this modern age and all of the weapons of mass distraction that are getting in the way of true connection. The rule of thirds for the different types of people you should keep close to you in life. The different attachment styles we all have with the people in our lives in various areas of our lives. A period of time he went through to deeply reflect on who he was and what his role was to other people in his close circle of relationships. What steps we can all do to get better at understanding our own stories by learning what we're good at and what we're passionate about. The fact that many of the deep-set beliefs we have aren't even our own, they've been passed down to us from generations ago.   Power Quotes From The Show   Fitness Is The Gateway Drug To Wellness "We want to feel better, we want our life to be better, and we're all seeking health and wellness but how do we achieve all of that? Where do we start? We figure that first, we have to lose weight, maybe by starting to run or go to the gym. It all starts with fitness. Fitness is the gateway drug to wellness. Fitness is the gateway drug to true happiness. Fitness is the gateway drug to everything we're seeking that we have no idea that we're even after. If we can get positive, physical results by working our bodies, what else can we achieve when we shift our mind?" - Chase Chewning False Connection "All of these weapons of mass distraction when it comes to dating, being, and connecting allow us this false inability to create our own world because we can live in our phones, through social media, and can do whatever we want whenever we want. We can Amazon prime our life in every way possible. Honestly, is it our fault or society's fault? Is it conditioning? If I can do all of these things in my life with extreme pace and get an extreme result, why can't I get that in my real-life relationships?"  - Chase Chewning Do You Know Yourself? "I was asleep for the first 29 years of my life. From 27 to 29, that's when I began to fully acknowledge that I needed to do something to change my life and work through my struggles. I didn't complete the inner work in two years, I began to become aware of my ego, toxic thought patterns, and what was no longer serving me that I needed to let go of in order to really understand what it means and to be able and allow myself to really love myself. Psychoneurology and how your thoughts have the power to make you either sick or well. How the unconscious mind is running your entire life 95% of the time. Why your inner beliefs and stories are the boxes that you put yourself into without even realizing it.   Her unique experience of almost dying at the age of eighteen and how it impacted her life moving forward. Breaking down the differences between the Ego Mind Code of fear and the Divine Mind Code of love. What money used to mean for Josh in his subconsciousness growing up compared to now that he's done the inner work. How you can begin to shift your ideas about money and see it as a transaction for energy. The key to breaking down Josh's connection to money even more by exploring how it influenced the relationship he had with his parents growing up. Number one thing you have to know about a spiritual mentor if they are going to work with you. Breaking Your Unique Code Why your real purpose on this planet is to learn how to properly train the mind and vibrate at the frequency of your choice. Don't judge yourself for judging, just change it in the moment to help you end your addiction to suffering and comparison. Her perspective that there is only one divine consciousness, we're all love and an extension of each other, and we don't have individual consciousness. DNA coding, intense emotional experiences our ancestors experienced, and how that programmed thinking has been imprinted in us. What you can do now to tactically heal these old wounds and beliefs past down through your lineage. The four questions you must ask yourself when exploring your thoughts and feelings during the inner work process of healing to avoid spiritual bypassing. Energy leakage caused by corrupt codes and its solution by combining the three elements of mindset, attitude, and frequency. How you can block yourself from openly receiving money, wealth, or abundance by having a fixed mindset on what it looks like. The Platinum Being Frequencies of love, peace, awareness, trust, integrity, neutrality, unity, and mindfulness. Why you may have created these negative programmed mindsets around money based on everyday life experiences and epigenetics. The greatest gift that you can give to your beloved: integrating your wholeness through enlightenment.   Power Quotes From The Show   The Divine Mind Code vs The Ego Mind Code "When you're in the Divine Mind Code, you really understand and trust that who you are is a perfect divine being. From that place, all that you are is revealed. You are this high-frequency being everywhere you go and your actual being is more important that what you are doing. Whereas when you're in the Ego Mind Code, you're in a victim mentality which is quick to judge. The Ego Mind Code separates us from our hearts, from God, and from each other." - Sandra Biskind   The Inner Stories Passed On To Us "Our ancestors had events happen where they had an emotional charge and they created decisions and beliefs that have been passed down to our bodies and cellular membrane. So, not only are we dealing with that we've brought in from past lives and from what's happened to us since conception to now but we're also dealing with our ancestors' inner programs." - Sandra Biskind   Love Is The Fuel Of Miracles "The ego mind is a culmination of all of the beliefs, programs, ideas, and stories that make up that part of inner judgment and fear that are separate from the perfection and love that you actually are. Unlike the ego, love doesn't and can't make up stories. Love is the fuel of miracles. So, from the place of love, there is no expectation; there is only joy, happiness, and success. - Sandra Biskind     Links From Today's Show Organifi Jack Canfield Vipassana Meditation – A Spartan Race For The Mind Codebreaker by Sandra and Daniel Biskind You Are a Badass at Making Money by Jen Sincero Carl Jung 204 Robyn Openshaw Many Lives, Many Masters by Brian L. She owned a very successful personal training and online-training business, No Excuses Fitness, and has helped thousands of people shed unwanted body fat and find inner confidence. She coached fitness competitors to the stage and has even graced the stage as a National Level Athlete and Fitness Magazine Cover Model herself.   Listen To Episode 294 As Danny-J Johnson Uncovers: Why the lessons you need to learn from plant medicine tend to take time to unfold rather than just overnight. Preparation and inner work are just as important as the plant medicine ceremony and post-integration. Lessons she learned from plant medicine about her relationship's infidelity and why it happened for her rather than to her. Being her authentic self on social media about her depression, suicidal thoughts, plant medicine experience, antidepressant medication, and healing journey. Why we have to go through difficult moments in life to experience the best gifts it can bring us. Different experiences of depression and suicidal thoughts she has had in the past which led her to seek the short-term medical help she knew she deserved. The side effects she experienced from taking Zoloft to fight her depression and then the eventual, personal switch to taking Wellbutrin for her unique mental and physical biology. How suicidal thoughts can occur depending on hormones, a woman's menstruation cycle, Premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), postpartum depression and other factors. The real truth about plant medicine, psychedelics, why they're not glamorous at all, and how to use them as a tool for healing. The constant stigma surrounding depression and what we see on the surface rather than someone's inner struggle. The vital importance of mental health when also approaching emotional, physical, and spiritual wellness. Breaking Stigmas About Mental Health Approaching mental health in your family: both of Josh's and Danny-J's own stories and experiences. What you can do now for better mental, physical, and emotional wellness despite your family's past health history. The moment she realized she wasn't giving herself enough self-care and what she's doing now and in the future to change that. Taking away the negative charge that something might happen to you by asking yourself, "So, what? So what if that happens?" Why we all have different experiences yet every human being experiences the same feelings at one point or another in their lifetime. Epigenetics and why something that happened in your family's lineage three or four generations ago could possibly be activated when you're in certain situations in life. Negative consequences of spiritually bypassing mental health and difficult situations in the health and wellness world. How she applies her message of "you can't control what happens to you, you can only control how you respond and act from it" to her own life. The magic of social media to guide, connect, and help other people get to a better place. Setting healthy rules and boundaries for yourself around social media and including being wise about how you spend your time on your phone. Changing your language from saying, "I have to" to "I get to," and how that simple switch will completely change our perception and mindset in life.   Power Quotes From The Show   We Get To Choose Happiness "When people observe your life and they think everything is going great for you, you're perfect, or you have everything together, it's hard to admit that you don't have it altogether. There's still a lot of stigma around depression and people asking, "Well, what do you have to be depressed about? You have everything going for you." I have amazing friends, I have all the tools, and I know what to do. Our podcast is called The Best Life because we literally feel like we have the best lives and we get to choose that. I believe in choice and that we get to choose happiness." - Danny-J Johnson   The Common Thread In Each Of Our Stories "There are no new stories. A lot of our feelings are the same but we all have unique biochemistry and situations in life. You could have a cheating spouse, mourn someone's death, or get rejected from a job and still react the same way. We are all figuring life out based on all of our unique experiences and then finding the common thread in each one." - Danny-J Johnson   Setting Healthy Social Media Boundaries "A couple of years ago when I wasn't well and I was gaining all of this weight, I was following so many other fitness influencers and models on social media. Reading their messages of 'Getting in two a day,' or 'No excuses,' triggered these constant internal battles of feeling guilty that I wasn't working out even though knew I needed to heal by resting. So, I started to unfollow them based on whether their content made me feel bad about myself or if I was judging them. It's not their fault that I felt this way; they're living their own lives but I needed to unfollow people who weren't serving me. This wasn't about me watching all of them, this was about me staying grounded by putting all of my focus back on myself." - Danny-J Johnson

293 Dr. Jade Teta: How To Be A Next Level Human

The new alpha male is an authentic male. Just be your true self and then work on the Next Level Human principles of power, presence, and warmth. If we want to do our job and make a difference in this world, that's how we need to be to connect with other humans. - Dr. Jade Teta If we're not here to help make a difference in this world, then why are we on this planet?   ---> Join the Wellness Warrior VIP Club: get exclusive discounts on new wellness tools, be first in line for new podcasts, get access to invite-only events, and so much more.** ---> Get The Morning 21: A powerful (and free) system designed to give you more energy, let go of old weight, and live life well. JOIN THE FACEBOOK GROUP | *REVIEW*   Wellness Force Radio Episode 293 Integrative physician, host of The Next Level Human Podcast, and author of several books including his latest, Human 365: Daily Meditations To Become A Next Level Human, Dr. Jade Teta, returns to discuss what a Next Level Human is compared to a Culture Level Human, the toxic construct of faking it rather than being it, and how we can improve society through horizontal hierarchies rather than vertical hierarchies. Listen and learn as Josh and Dr. Jade take a deeper look at how we can fully embody all of the lessons we have learned in life to become a Next Level Human through the Four Jobs of Every Human: Finances Fitness & Health Personal Relationships Purpose Human 365 by Dr. Jade Teta Click here to buy your copy of Human 365 Why do some people change and others don't? Why do some people succeed while others, just as talented fail? What makes one person who chases their passion find fulfillment while someone else is mored in regret. It is not luck, circumstance, access to money or who you know. It is also not about some esoteric new age idea like the law of attraction or the "universe has your back." It comes down to awareness and mastery of 6 POWERS that every human can learn to master. This mastery is what the Next Level Human practices every single day. What is a Next Level Human? Next Level Humans recognize there is nothing special or unique about their suffering. They know millions have endured the same hurt, pain and negative forces. What sets them apart is the ability to turn suffering into meaning and success for themselves and others. Next Level Humans are masters of The Six POWERS: PERCEPTION: The ability to recognize distraction and delusion, become present and self-aware, and rewrite the rules and stories of your own experience. OWNERSHIP: The ability to take radical responsibility for your life, declare who you are, and live your Honor Code. WISDOM: The ability to diagnose ignorance, recognize bias and dogma… and humbly seek truth using logic and reason. ENGAGEMENT: The ability to overcome indecision and apathy… and take conscious, definitive action. RESOLVE: The ability to transcend fear… and rise after failure. SHARING: The ability to use your signature strengths to better the world, without needing reciprocation or acknowledgment. Human 365 challenges your thinking and guides you toward change, one day at a time. You will no longer “leap and let the net appear.” You will leap and weave the net as you fall. You will no longer “rise to the occasion.” You will create the occasion. You will no longer believe “everything happens for a reason.” Things will happen. And you will make a reason. With this awareness and self-mastery, you can rise, fully-fledged, into your power as a Next Level Human.   Listen To Episode 293 As Dr. Jade Teta Uncovers: His next big project, Next Level Human, and why he titled it that and not something like Higher Level Human. How to make a difference for humanity and show up for the world as a Next Level Human. A new approach to improving society through horizontal hierarchies rather than vertical hierarchies. The Four Jobs of Every Human needs to master, broken down in detail that he includes in his book, Human 365: Finances, Fitness & Health, Personal Relationships, and Purpose. Why some of the areas for personal growth have to be taught by those in our wellness tribes and local community, not from a degree. The different variations of men, how they show up in several ways, and what he believes it means to be a strong man in the modern world. How men can be more intuitive with what their partner really needs and be able to fulfill that need for them. Deciding whether being a strong, tough man or an open, vulnerable, and soft man or something else is best for your partner, family, or community. What the alpha male looks like our society today with the focus on being your authentic self. The massive evolution for woman, what it means to be female in today's world, and what they expect from men. The "As If Principle" - Acting as if you are the person that you want to be so that you actually become that person. Be It Until You See It Why "faking it until you make it" is the wrong mindset compared to "being it until you see it." How both Josh and Dr. Jade react and respond to negative comments on social media. Alfred Adler's personality theory and why humans must develop the courage to be disliked in order to put the Cultural Level Human construct of thinking behind them. Tips and insight on being your authentic self to reach people online as a podcaster, personal coach, or wellness expert. How money shapes us and why it's become such a deep wound for some people including Dr. Jade himself. The old stories about money that Josh and Dr. Jade used to believe in based on their unique childhoods. How to be wise about your own money habits for now and the future so that you can do good in the world. The fact that many of your beliefs about money were passed down to you through your family or environment growing up. The impact of being brave enough to ask for help with something that you're struggling with including asking for money. Why giving into famous sayings like, "Leap and the net will appear" or "Things happen for a reason," are actually holding us back. The fact that Next Level Humans don't think about perfection because they know it doesn't exist; it's a Cultural Level Human construct. Power Quotes From The Show   Next Level Human vs. Higher Level Human "The title of Next Level Human was chosen rather than something like Higher Level Human for a very important reason. Higher-level says, "I'm better than you." According to Alfred Adler, we shouldn't look for vertical hierarchies which put us above others but horizontal hierarchies. Most people think they're above others and they try to keep others down or maybe I'll bring you up to where I'm at or maybe you're above me and I want to reach to get to you. We should aim to be Next Level Humans because each of us has something uniquely beautiful to contribute on this planet and everybody has that no matter what domain they're in. There's no Higher Level Human, it's just the Next Level Human and we all have something that each and every single one of us can only contribute to humanity." - Dr. Jade Teta   The Four Jobs Of Every Human "When you are tapped into the Four Jobs of Every Human: Finances, Fitness & Health, Personal Relationships, and Purpose, you have a much easier time feeling happier, centered, and more fulfilled because you know that you've taken care of these basic things that every human has to do. Of course, each and every single one of us suffers in one or more of these areas at any one time and most of us are struggling with all four. There's nothing wrong with that but being a Next Level Human is about saying, 'Okay, let me be aware of these four jobs, let me look and be honest about how well I'm doing with them, and let me grow and learn to get better at them because if I can't do my four jobs, I can't contribute my gifts fully to Team Human.' " - Dr. Jade Teta   Owning Your Contribution To The World "Where are you at on your journey to becoming a Next Level Human? There are things that you and only you can teach me and vice versa. You go out into the world, walk down the street, and you will meet people who are the only ones that can you teach you something that you could not possibly know without running into them. Each of us is contributing something to the world and having ownership of that contribution is one of the most important things we need to do as we mature as humans and that is the path of the Next Level Human." - Dr. Jade Teta     Links From Today's Show Organifi Oura Ring Carl Jung Sigmund Freud Alfred Adler Human 365: Daily Meditations To Become A Next Level Human Alan Watts Tao: The Watercourse Way Muhammad Ali Bruce Lee Bruce Lipton Joe Dispenza Terence McKenna Dennis McKenna You Are a Badass at Making Money by Jen Sincero Landmark Worldwide Hoffman Institute Adler's Personality Theory The Next Level Human Podcast Next Level Human Introduction- Episode 26 The Metabolic Effect Diet Textbook of Natural Medicine Dr. Jade Teta Facebook Twitter Instagram   About Dr. Jade Teta Dr. Jade Teta is an integrative physician, author, and expert in the realm of natural health, fitness, metabolism, and self-development. Most people live in one or the other but the main point of NOA | AON is to live in harmony."  - Pavel Stuchlik A Gateway Back To Your Center "Anytime you're in fight or flight mode, feeling pain, or giving your power to your phone, your neighbor, or whoever is around you and you easily find yourself caught in these anxious moments, breath is your first gateway to come back to your center. When you are living from that center in your core, there are no problems; there's just joy and happiness. Obviously, we need to do the inner work but if people just go back to their breath, their relaxed state of being, and paying attention to the stillness and silence underneath the noise, they can come back to their center wherever they are." - Pavel Stuchlik Our Natural Intuition "You want to pay attention to what is breathing you versus you breathing it. Whenever something comes from your core, from your center of power, there's no thinking involved."  - Pavel Stuchlik   Links From Today's Show Organifi SOMA Breathwork 249 Niraj Naik Tribal Leadership - Zappos Insights Paul Selig Michael Singer Morning 21 System Byron Katie Carl Jung Vipassana Meditation – A Spartan Race For The Mind Wim Hof Method Carl Jung: Navigating the Dark Night of the Soul 250 Dave Asprey 40 Years of Zen The Future of Love by Daphne Kingma Sunshine, NOA|AON (feat. After a life-threatening bout of the Epstein-Barr virus caused Stuchlik to quit his first career as a professional cyclist, he turned his attention to the world of business, launching Pavelʼs Vision, a successful enterprise selling carbon-fiber bicycle parts online. International real estate ventures soon followed, but Stuchlik was destined for America. Applying his lethal combination of charm, grit and a “never accept failure” ethic, Pavel was soon a leading franchise owner in OrangeTheory Fitness, the multimillion-dollar wellness franchise boasting more than 1,000 locations worldwide. By the age of 21, Stuchlikʼs net worth had already well exceeded $4 million. In late 2017, Stuchlik divested some of his shares in OrangeTheory and he is now fully focused on his latest career as a professional electronic dance music (EDM) DJ and producer under the alias, NOA | AON. As the DJ/performer NOA | AON, Stuchlik has performed at top tier nightclubs in Atlanta, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Phoenix, Miami, Honolulu, San Diego and at Duplex in Prague, CZ. As for music festivals, NOA | AON has performed at Burning Man in the Black Rock Desert, Nevada, and at Imagine Festival in Hampton, Georgia, with more on the horizon. His approach into the scene is part of what makes his identity as a performer so intriguing. His no “no” for an answer policy has landed him at some of the most prestigious EDM clubs in the states. And he doesnʼt just lay on a bed of empty promises. His shows sell, making a lasting impact on promoters and ownersʼ alike.
