We have another really nerdy one for you today. In this episode, Callum was welcomed aboard a modest little sea-faring vessel to chat to an old friend, Flynn Disney. Flynn is an old school face in the London scene and a few of us at Storror have been friends with him even before Storror began.  Flynn has quite the brain. He’s likely one of the deepest thinkers of the parkour world, so naturally, this one spilt over the 3-hour mark. This one goes pretty in-depth on areas surrounding the mental aspects of parkour and how we can use parkour as a tool for self-exploration and self-development. In this episode, Toby and Callum have a chat with Phil Doyle. Phil has been an iconic figure in the international parkour community since 2007. Most notably, between 2007 to 2011, Phil's influence helped shape parkour as we know it today – particularly by paving the way with technical proficiency and overall spotless control and confidence with big jumps.
