Jack Polerecky is an elite runner training up in Flagstaff, AZ. He is getting ready for the Olympic trials in Atlanta this weekend and is currently coaching for McKirdy Trained. He is a graduate of Loyola Marymount with a degree in biochemistry.

Sara Slattery is a former professional runner and two-time NCAA champion in the indoor 5000 meters in 2003 and 10,000 meters while competing for the Colorado Buffaloes in 2005. She won the 10,000 meters at the Pan American Games in 2007 and is the current head cross country and distance coach at Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona.

Jenna Leurquin, the owner of JL Patisserie in Scottsdale and Phoenix, AZ. Born in Belgium she went from playing golf, double majoring in International Business and Finance at Boise State University to completing a 9 month training program at Le Cordon Bleu Paris in both cuisine and pastry. She then went on to train among some of the best chefs in Belgium and Paris before moving to Arizona.

Baylee Mires is a professional runner living in Flagstaff, Arizona running for Under Armour and being coached by Shayla Houlihan. Originally from Spokane, Washington she participated in the 2016 Olympic Trials and holds the school record for the 800 meter at the University of Washington.

Shayla Houlihan is a former professional steeplechaser and has coached at University of Utah, University of California Berkeley in both cross country and track and field. She is currently working for Under Armour in Flagstaff, Arizona coaching a team of professional runners.

Aisha Praught Leer a female middle-distance runner, a 2016 Olympian, and a 2020 Olympic hopeful competing for Jamaica. She comes on the podcast to discuss running for Under Armour, spending time in Arizona training for this 2020 season, and how she is the person to call if you ever have an allergic reaction to a bee sting.
