In 1999 he moved from working in businesses to coaching business owners and he was a Vistage Chair for 20 years. About eight years ago he started working with Naviond to help business owners with navigating their lives after business, and most recently he has expanded this work with his affiliation with Navix Consultants helping business owners navigate successful exits from their businesses.
