Rachel Kapp, M.Ed., BCET, and Stephanie Pitts, M.Ed., BCET discuss a really critical event that can happen in the educational therapy process: a recalibration of learner-clinician expectation and relationship. In episode 219 (which was released August 2022) Rachel and Stephanie shared an episode called “Permission to Pivot”. In that episode they talked about permission to pivot with clients, within your business and permission to not have all the answers.
