Last night I poured 2 bags of ice in the bathtub and filled it with cold water.Then I got in.And I sat there for 10 minutes.Why did I do this?I’ll explain in a moment…But first, I need to answer a bigger question.I’m a real estate investor. If you’re reading this, you probably know me as “that guy” who talks about how to find deals, how to get private funds, where the market is going, and so on.So why am I talking about ice baths?What does this have to do with real estate?The answer is complicated...If you’re flipping or wholesaling houses, or buying rentals, or investing in multifamily properties, you’re an entrepreneur. You’re a self-starter.
