Dana specializes in creating imagery for large scale advertising campaigns and in this interview he discusses some of his most memorable campaigns such as traveling to Bora Bora by himself to create imagery for the Four Seasons hotel. Glen E. Friedman

On today’s podcast I speak with photographer Glen E. Friedman. Glen E. Friedman got his start in photography photographing the legendary Dogtown skate crew with skaters such as Jay Adams and Tony Alva to name a few. Glen is also well known for his photographs of punk rock groups such as Fugazi, Minor Threat, Suicidal Tendencies, and Bad Brains. Beyond Glens photographs of skateboarding and punk rock culture Glen is well known for his photographs of legendary hip hop artists such as the Beastie Boys, Run DMC, LL Cool J, Rakim, and Public Enemy to name a few. Glen’s work has been published and exhibited extensively and he has published several books of his work including titles such as “My Rules”, Fuck You Heroes”, Together Forever, and “The Idealist” to name a few. Pete Thompson

On today’s podcast I speak with photographer Pete Thompson. Pete just released a new book titled “93 Til” a photographic journey through skateboarding in the 1990’s. Pete has documented some of the most legendary skateboarders such as Tony Hawk, Neil Blender, Tom Penny, Danny Way, and Arto Sarri to name a few. He spent much of the nineties and early 2000’s working as a staff photographer for skateboard magazines such as SLAP and Transworld Skateboarding. ANDO

On today’s podcast I speak with photographer Andrew Caulfield also known as Ando. Ando is a San Francisco based photographer who recently published a book titled “REAL SF” which documented the homeless community in San Francisco,CA. All of the proceeds of Ando’s new book are being donated to the Larkin Street Youth Services organization which helps get people off the streets at a young age. In this interview I speak to Ando about how he got into photography, his love of travel, photographing people , and I also speak to Ando about his love of skateboarding which has allowed him to document some of the most legendary skaters such as Mike Carroll, Tom Penny, Keith Hufnagel, and Elissa Steamer to name a few. David Hume Kennerly
