When Your Life Feels Like A Mess, Get Dressed! x @Being Caroline

In this episode, Caroline Baudino shares her story of walking past a mirror one day, and actually stopping to take a look at the mess she was physically and mentally and not recognizing the woman in her reflection. She didn't see any light. She didn't see the life and brightness that was always her. It was then that she began to slowly share her journey and connected with so many women who were feeling the exact same way. When the pandemic hit, she encouraged women to do the same things she was doing even when we had no place to go. It was about a positive mindset and attitude.
