Don't Stop Believing.... because its' never too late
In this episode, I speak with my fitness competition coach, Cathy Savage who is also an internationally recognized Digital Fitness and Brand/Media Strategist, located in Boston. She has been featured on MTV, ABC News and Fox News and she has been a member of the Advisory Panel and Contributor for Oxygen Magazine and Strong Magazine. Since the early 1990s, Cathy has been the pioneer in successful coaching and consulting for women from all over the world. Her coaching programs were the first and most prominent all-inclusive digital global training program of its kind. Cathy had a huge impact on my life as my coach. She poured the belief into me that I didn't think I had anymore. I came to her in 2007 and was mentally broken after my divorce and needed to fix myself. So I threw myself into the fitness arena. Without her tough love and strong belief in me and my abilities as an older woman competing on stage, she made me feel that I was limitless and unstoppable. My life changed after working with Cathy because she helped me believe in myself again. Now Cathy continues to impact women in business. You don't want to miss this episode!

How To Win Your Day
Joining me today is New York City Certified Personal Trainer, Darren Tomasso whose “WinYourDay” mantra was developed during his time as a student at The University of Pennsylvania. We discuss his holistic approach to fitness and how he helps his clients shift the focus away from aesthetic related goals, and instead towards lifelong health and happiness. Darren believes that access to health and wellness, and fitness is a fundamental right that shouldn't be limited by financial constraints, social determinants or social status. We also talk about The Movement Pack, a free program of over 70+ home workouts with 400+ video demonstrations created by Darren in February 2020 before quarantine. He wanted to offer this free program as the first cases of COVID started to spread in the U.S. Darren tells me that he had no idea the scope of the pandemic or that quarantines would happen or gyms would close. His goal was just to help people move and stay active, as staying healthy was quickly becoming a priority to many.
