Jordan and Shapiro visited Boris, who catered a dinner with Pizza Kris' bar pies, which brought the fellas their best bite of the week. Jordan didn't understand Japanese whiskey, but he did enjoy a negroni ala Bubbles, and the filtered water was top notch. Plus, a sleeper dessert, the professional male model, and a discsussion of approved Los Angeles pizzas. Then the boys each list their top ten "unecessary foods," a discussion that all started because of the previously discussed cooked scallops. Jordan had a disturbing weekend of eating with very little discipline and he needs to learn after too much KazuNori, a trip to a candy store with his son, the birthday dim sum buffet, a bucket of Magnolia pudding, the darkest pizza moment, more chicken shawarma, slices of pie, a chocolate pastry inside Joan's with his daughter and celebs, and an Emmy's spread of chips and dip, homemade pigs in blankies, tavern style pizza, Diet Coke a plenty, and Susie Cakes. Then, Shapiro reviews recent visits to Budonoki and Yangban, where the chefs' generoisty pushed him over the chubby top with seafood pancakes, wagyu zabuton, mayo a plenty, all the shaved truffles and caviar, and a Cinnamon Toast Crunch sundae. Plus, Bubbles at the celebritiy holiday party, Jordan's Oreo secret, and kids and astronauts are idiots.

Chef Rob Gentile is about to open Stella, an Italian restaurant the likes of which Los Angeles has not seen or tasted. Jordan and Max toured the wildly remodelled iconic space on the border of Beverly Hills and West Hollywood, and then went out to dinner with Canada Rob. First, the fellas talk Stella's location, space, menu, and how it all happened for the superstar Canadian chef. Then, their meal at Ètra is reviewed with all the menu highlights, strange wine orders, a world class Caesar, an off-the-menu seafood delight, and absolutely no bread to be found. Plus, Shapiro and Rob teach Jordan Italian, two dark cookie moments for his airness, and Max calls out Jordan over a past Gjelina diss.
