ACT is a private Canadian company operating as a non-profit, in the sense that 100% of all funds go directly into the African hands of those who are providing 3P services or projects.The "3P in Africa" Team started with only the Nakivale Refugee Camp in Southern Uganda in December 2022 when Mugisha Namwangwa Christophe contacted Harry via Facebook. In a short period, this has quickly expanded to more programs in Nakivale(the oldest refugee camp), Kakuma Refugee Camp (the largest refugee camp in the world), and many other projects in Kenya, Northern Uganda, and Congo.With the help of Jim Beck, Mark Williams, Shailia Stephens, and others, the "3P in Africa" currently has 13 African and non-African 3P Educators and 15 projects, and there is a high demand for more.Harry is also Vice-Chairman for SEEDS African Division, a program in Nakivale and beyond with the tagline "For the Active Inclusion of people living with Disabilities, We Strive!"
