Harrison believes that the key to his success has been his ability to recognize when he doesn't have the answers, asking the right questions and remaining transparent, while also understanding how to learn from others. Another piece of advice he shares is the importance of knowing who the expert is, and, he states, "it is almost always not you". Getting done what needs to be done, by using the expertise of others, is key to completing the mission. And when it comes to the mission, you need to do whatever it takes!
