I’m going to say a B word no one likes to bring up: BOUNDARIES. We have this mindset that boundaries limit us or are a heinous selfish act. But boo,that couldn’t be further from the truth. By nature setting boundaries means that you are essentially putting you & your needs first. But  that’s a GOOD thing! As an entrepreneur, YOU are the business, which means that your mental & physical health must be a priority in order to be on the top of your game.
