As an entrepreneur, YOU are the business, which means that your mental & physical health must be a priority in order to be on the top of your game. How can you expect to pour into your audience, your clients, and your business if you aren’t pouring into yourself? When you look at it that way, boundaries are no longer a selfish act but a way to better serve your customers.
