Jamie East

Jenni and Faisal have a programme tailored to getting you started, building up and achieving that 5k. There is no time limit, there is no pressure to run fast, they are here to encourage, motivate and keep you company on your first run. Follow the instructions, don’t be scared and enjoy the banter. It’s no more that half an hour if your time. You’re expected to repeat this episode 3 times before proceeding onto block 2.
