Congratulations! You've made it to the THIRD BLOCK of the RunPod 5K Challenge! You are well and truly on your way to running 5k. This episode is the first of three different runs you’ll be doing this week where we’ll be combining short runs and active walking, so get those trainers on and have your kit to the ready! Now, as always, feel free to repeat the block as often as you’d like before heading on to Block 4 next week.
