This year the event happened in coordination with Fine Food NZ, so there was a huge trade show floor downstairs and then a bunch of programming upstairs like panel discussions, speeches, workshops, etc.  I had a great time at the event, and even had the opportunity to interview a bunch of owners and operators from the trade show floor.
