In this new episode, I talk to the lovely Rebecca Courtney. She is a facilitation coach at AJ&Smart, whose CEO is no other than her brother Jonathan. She is currently working on a new facilitation course which will be launched in December and has an interesting background, having started her career in education as a teacher. I first met Rebecca online, as she facilitates the bi-weekly Master Workshopper programme community calls, and I also had the chance to meet her personally in Italy at the exclusive event organized by AJ&smart in Italy.
