In this episode, i had the pleasure of speaking with Alexandru Popa, the Associate Director of Blockchain for Pharma Supply Chain at MSD. We discussed the link between MSD and blockchain technology and how this innovative technology is being used in the pharmaceutical industry to gather and record data. Alexandru shared with us how Design Thinking can be a useful approach for implementing new technologies, especially when there is no framework or use case available. He also emphasized the importance of having an external facilitator to guide teams through the process of innovation and highlighted some of the benefits of facilitation as an essential skill in a company. We delved into some common misconceptions about meetings and explored ways to make them more meaningful, whether online or face-to-face. We also discussed some tips and tricks for keeping engagement high in remote sessions.
