Women are not relationship 'barometers,' study finds. It covers a university paper that came out recently testing the predictive power of men and women's relationship satisfaction. The link to that paper is in the article I put in the description but most of it is behind a pay wall. So I'll base this video on what the national post says about it. I'll only read some of it because it's lengthy so here goes and I quote: "As a deeply established piece of romantic folklore for men, the adage “happy wife, happy life,” has a lot going for it. It’s a catchy rhyme, and encourages selflessness in a husband, an orientation toward compromise, and keen interest in how his wife feels at any given moment. If she is happy, the wisdom goes, all is happy. A new research out of the University of Alberta suggests this rule is completely wrong. This is according to a new detailed statistical analysis of a large data set of daily diary entries by people in opposite sex relationships, and surveys of opposite-sex couples over time, tracking the relationship ups and downs of thousands of people. “We think this obviously challenges this accepted lore that women’s experience takes primacy or is intrinsically more diagnostic,” Johnson said Tuesday in an interview. “We find men’s experiences matter just as much, for their predictive value at least.” According to some theories, women’s experience should be more predictive of the long-term health of an intimate relationship. Evolutionary psychology points to the cost differential of pregnancy: high for the woman, low for the man. But that is where theory breaks down into untested fuzziness. “Nobody really knows how far out women should have this more predictive ability,” Johnson said. If things are going well, be aware, figure out why, and “harness that,” he said. Likewise, pay attention to the negative, manage it and contain it “so that less than typical happiness doesn’t continue to follow you into the future. It's a MGTOW book and says it on the first page and that ultimately making the best decision for yourself means "going your own way". The book poses the question: What is more important to you in your life a piece of pussy or peace of mind? That most men are in denial that bad things will happen to them in relationships and just bury their heads in a sand filled vagine. The book has the structure that I'm following for mine which is short four or five page chapters that are to the point. It's a reference guide to mgtow and female nature. It discusses the observable reality of female nature. Not academic or official psychology but just things most guys will face when they come face to face with proud owner of a fish flavored taco. They say women are not logical and if you're ready to play the love me long time game you're a dumb ass. Dr. Hill and Papi share a bunch of scenarios outlining how when it comes to women men are feeling instead of thinking and that women are trained to think when it comes to love and not feel. They say love costs you time, money, peace-of-mind and freedom. You choose this by not going your own way. But most guys don't choose it. The choice is made by their subconscious because the cooch provides meaning and purpose in a man's life. The next section is called The Code of Honor and they say that every man lives by his own code of honor but that women don't have that as their guiding principle. That they will do what's in their best interests. I agree and always say if you want to know a woman's motives then always assume she's going to put herself in the most advantageous position in any and all social circumstances. Then work your way back from there. Without a code of honor a woman is going to instinctively screw you over. She will project on him that he's selfish but meanwhile it's the other way around. That's when Hill and Papi mention men's rights issues like unfair treatment in the divorce courts and monkey-branching which is also known as hopromy which is a term I wasn't familiar with. They share a bunch of advantages women have over men and reason that women don't want equality but that they want dominance and total authority over men. They mention that if you bring this up in polite soyciety you'll get cancelled. The next section is called female ferry. They say that women in the industrialized world for the most part messing with men's lives has become the accepted way of life. That even when women in the west admit that they have the advantage and know it's wrong they won't give up their advantages. This is very true because I've seen even the most staunch female men's rights activists only want to roll things back to the benefits women gained from 2nd wave feminism. They say that women understand their advantage and I agree because whenever I call one out on it she becomes like a five year old that got caught taking the cookie out of the cookie jar. Well Rob thanks for the donation and topic. When single women are younger they are ass rich and cash poor. As they get older they are poorer in both departments. That is unless they shoe horned themselves into a state sanctioned position with a defined benefit pension. Why do you think so many of them are teachers, gooberment employees and now entering things like the military? But that's a small minority of the lucky ones. Or those that think they are lucky. Recently around here the poor gooberment employees are complaining and freaking out that they are only receiving 1-2% raises when we all know that the true rate of inflation is 10-15%. If what's happening right continues for another five years most whamen's retirement savings in cash, bonds and other low risk assets will probably be worth sixty or seventy percent less than they are now. I'm not saying these crazy rates of inflation will continue but you never know what might happen so you need to prepare for it. Women on the whole are a lot less likely to take financial risks than men unless it's to buy the newest Jimmy Chew shoes. So most will be slow to adopt riskier strategies like tech, cryptos and commodities. The only risk asset many seem to bid up is real estate and their houses. But the trouble with that is that property tax rates might tax them right out their homes at some point. The government is relying on most women either spending their cash into the economy so that it can be taxed and not saved or so they can save it in cash or cash equivilants where it's value will be destroyed through the stealth inflation tax. The governments are trying to stay solvent. They don't care about the whamens as much as before. So long as they keep voting for left leaning gooberments there will be no reason to implement universal basic income. If they do it will have to be very very basic. Maybe in conjunction with a CBDC with food stamps that are only redeemable for cockroach spaghetti or something? I was shocked as I do make passing jokes to close female friends, and was worried I had made a comment like that without realizing it. So I asked her if I had made a sexual reference or commented on her boobs or ass, as I’m not aware and sorry if I had? She said no. I was glad we got that out of the way but then I was more puzzled. What was it then? I didn’t know what it was. Then she told me it’s because I told her that she was athletic and fit when we were talking about her new gym routine. She was basically saying therefore I implied that she was fat before. So I questioned her and asked her would you not give a positive comment to someone with good gym results? It doesn’t mean that they’re saying that you looked bad before, it’s just encouragement when you see how someone looks in the present due to hard work. So then she backtracked and said it has nothing to do with body weight. So I asked her what then. She said gym classes are not about body weight and how you look blah blah blah. And that by commenting on her, it meant that I was judging her body and criticizing her body image. Yet it was merely a “great job, you looking great it’s paying off, keep up the hard work” type of comment. I just have no idea how she could’ve twisted what was a genuine heartfelt comment to give encouragement and praise to her hard work. I don’t see what the big deal was. If a guy friend had come to me and I saw his arms were looking jacked and he went to the gym regularly, I would positively comment on that and said that he looked buff. It doesn’t mean I’m judging him nor implying that his body was shit before. Has the world truly gone this insane?" unquote. Nooly then follows up after posting his comment by saying this and I quote: "I am getting a lot of posts about how it’s because I’m unattractive to her. I wanted to point out that we’re not dating and I am in a relationship, she knows this and knows my gf. There is strictly only a friendship here. We aren’t dating." unquote. Nooly has a hard time understanding that with women they will give you one reason for their behavior but they won't tell you the real reason because it gives you a glimpse of the female psyche and they want to protect their thought process from men. I Gym Jane was going into pre-emptive damage control mode to make sure Nooly didn't say something like that in front of other people. She probably believes that she has higher sexual marketplace value than him and therefore if he compliments her in front of other people those people might interpret that he's physically interested in her and because he's less good looking they will see her as being a lower quality woman because she's attracting lower quality men.
