Giving Yourself Permission for Other Priorities
Episode 9: Do you ever look at a magazine or fitness competitor and think to yourself: "I wish I could look like that, but I don't have the willpower." "I could never compete, I love food too much." "I don't have nearly enough self-control to have that kind of body." If so- this podcast episode is for YOU. In this episode, I discuss with you why you should stop saying you don't have the "willpower" to do something, or you don't have enough "self-control" to look like a fitness model. It's not about self-control, will power, discipline, or any of that. It kills me when people look at models and put themselves down because they don't have the inner "drive" to look that way. It couldn't be any further from the truth. It's actually because you have priorities. And I admire that. Now, it's your turn to admire yourself for that. Episode 5: Today we are joined by the one and only Justin Manning, AKA Cavemanning. Justin Manning is a certified trainer and functional movement specialist, with over 15 years of experience as a coach and personal trainer in Washington, DC.
