The Shocking Mental Health Symptoms of Menopause Noone Talks About
Today is World Mental Health Day, and we are honouring it by sharing a snippet from Dr Shauna’s impactful conversation with Craig Gaunt. Alongside his family, Craig founded the Debbie Gaunt Foundation after losing his wife to suicide in 2019 after mental health struggles she faced during mid-life.
The Debbie Gaunt Foundation was created to build awareness about perimenopause, an often-challenging life event that can have devastating impacts on a woman’s physical and mental health. It is on a mission to ensure every woman feels empowered with the knowledge, resources, and support she needs to be mentally well throughout her transitional adult years.
