#005 - Dan Cerrillo
Navy SEAL | Recovered Addict | Chief of Staff for American Addiction Centers
Dan Cerrillo, a decorated Navy SEAL, found himself entering SEAL Team 1 just before September 11th, 2001. Soon after, he served multiple tours throughout Afghanistan and Iraq. Through his time, he sustained many injuries and faced many tough situations in combat. He was later awarded a Bronze Star, a Navy Commendation and Navy Achievement Medals, and a Purple Heart. Soon after returning from his final deployment, Dan found himself facing murder charges over a terrorist that had been captured. Dan fought for his life and his innocence and decided to cut ties with the Navy soon after.
Following his exit from the Navy, Dan experienced a series of major life challenges ranging from almost going bankrupt to having a wife diagnosed with cancer. These challenges caused Dan to go down a path of addiction and choices he was not proud of. Finally, Dan goes through an intensive therapy that is the turning point of his life.
Dan Cerrillo is now a proud CEO of Spartan 7, which specializes in private security details. He is also the Chief of Staff for American Addiction Centers. He now passionately seeks to help veterans and first responders to fight addiction and get the help they truly need.

Fortune 500 Entrepreneur | Software Engineer | Dad of 6
Greg Smith grew up in a farm town before moving to the city looking for work. Learning did not come easy to him, but with a lot of hard work, he eventually became a software engineer. He learned a lot about different aspects of the business through his adult life. Later in his life, he decided to build a business out of the comfort of his home, and with the help of a few family members, grew the business into a Fortune 500 company.

#003 - Ryan Blackwell
Survivor of Pensacola NAS Terrorist Attack | Awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Medal for Heroism & Purple Heart | Owner of Well Trained Elite
Ryan Blackwell was raised in North Carolina, in a household where structure and hard work were valued. At an early age, Ryan showed interest in wrestling and grew to devote much of his time and hard work into that sport. After graduating college, Ryan began to show interest in joining the Navy, just like his father. Soon after enlisting, he found himself in BUDS, the precursor school for becoming a Navy SEAL. Unfortunately, Ryan was dropped from the pipeline and decided to report to Pensacola, FL for airman school. He was eventually deemed medically unfit to continue in the Navy and was due to be medically retired. While awaiting his medical retirement, Ryan was working in an administrative position at Naval Aviation Schools Command, working with the International Military Training Office.
On December 6th, 2019, Ryan Blackwell reported to work just like any other day. However, he found himself in the middle of the first terrorist attack on US soil by a foreign national since September 11th. Ryan sustained 6 gunshot wounds and continued to care for others while on the brink of death. Ryan had months of intense recovery, but leaned on his tough mentality to push on and accomplish great things despite his circumstances.
Ryan is now the proud owner of Well Trained, a wrestling establishment for kids in the Gulf Breeze, FL area. He uses his experiences to teach kids that their mentality and their hard work are the keys to overcoming any challenges they may face. #002 - Jarret Johnson
Jarret Johnson is a native to FL, growing up in the small town of Cedar Key, FL. Upon graduating high school, Jarret was recruited by the University of Alabama for football. He was a two-time team captain, and was a First-team SEC pick and Second-team All-American pick. Following his senior year, he was drafted by the Baltimore Ravens. Jarret went on to play 9 seasons with the Ravens as a linebacker, and completed 3 more seasons with the San Diego Chargers as an outside linebacker. In 2015, Jarret Johnson retired from the NFL to pursue other ventures.
Jarret, with his friend, Charlie Keebaugh, are now the owners of a Black Rifle Coffee Company franchise in Niceville, FL. Their mission is to give back to the community through supporting military and first responder personnel and their families.

On today's episode, our guest, Camilo Giraldo, explains his story from Colombian immigrant seeking political asylum to a successful real estate developer and entrepreneur in a Florida Panhandle.
Camilo Giraldo was born and raised in Colombia. His family fell on some rough times and eventually immigrated to America, seeking political asylum. Camilo knew he needed to work hard to build a life here, and met many challenges along the way. However, he know that every challenge was worth the fight and worth it to build something for his family for generations to come. Camilo went to college to become a civil engineer. While at school, he and his brother started a company, that has now developed into an empire of companies in the realm of construction, engineering, technology, and real estate development.
