A cycling podcast loosely focused on Cycling Time Trials. I feature expert interviews in training, aerodynamics and coaching. Also featured are conversations with bike industry experts and some very fast cyclists. Please contact me at ttpodcast@yahoo.com with guest and show ideas. I also just have some fun and do interviews with cycling related topics of general interest from time to time. It can't all be about going faster right? OK, forget I said that.....

#25. Part 1-Mark Cote of Specialized Bicycles
Specialized aerodynamic guru Mark Cote is one of those individuals on the cutting edge of all things related to bicycle aerodynamics. Mark and fellow aero-geek, Chris Yu, have teamed up to develop a series of YouTube videos which confirms and debunks aerodynamic myths and generally provide some very useful information. Mark was kind enough to sit down for an hour and talk about the new Specialized windtunnel and specific research that will lessen the task of fighting the wind. In part one of the interview, Mark goes over his background and the general story behind the Specialized tunnel. Part two of this interview will air in two weeks and most of the “go faster” stuff will be in that segment. If you have something you would like tested just search for Mark Cote or Chris Yu on twitter and use the hashtag #aeroiseverything.

#20. Introduction to Cyclocross with Coach Rob Kelley
Coach Rob Kelley is back (rokcoaching.com) and this time he shares his enthusiasm for the sport of Cyclocross. Cross can be a great compliment to any cyclists year, as it is equal part tough and fun. Okay, so it is more fun in the long run. Cross adds much needed weight bearing activity after a summer of sweating out that calcium on the TT bike, so it is worth considering as the TT season winds down and the Cross season heats up.
