Ep 254: The Patterns Of Your Life
Start Your Transformation NowHere’s Part Three of the Identity Podcast Series. So, we’ve talked about two fundamental questions:1. Who are you and 2. What makes you matter? Next, the question for this week. That question is: What Are The Patterns Of Your Life? We tend to get into our heads and we always think about what we think, especially as it relates to our identity but what we often never do is look at our patterns. We often agonize over “who we are.” But, it’s really an easy question to answer. When you look at your behaviors, that is exactly who you are when it comes to 3D identity. Now, of course, you are not the behavior but you are the doer of the behavior and that comes from your identity. In NLP, Neuro-Linguistic Programming there is a powerful acronym, it’s BMIR. It stands for a Behavioral Manifestation of an Internal Representation. That means…all your behavior comes from somewhere and that somewhere is internal, meaning, your identity. Behavioral Manifestation is your behavior and patterns and Internal Representation is your thoughts – your identity. So, in this episode we look at your behavior because your behavior is like fingerprints, your behavior is yours and yours alone. Ep 253: What Makes You Matter?
Start Your Transformation NowWhat makes you matter? What lights you up? What is special and unique about you? Being in the personal development industry for 30 years I’ve heard tons of speakers, trainers, authors, etc. A common theme with many in my industry is to talk to their audiences and tell them “You have to find your WHY?” They say that if you want to stay motivated, focused, and driven, you have to know why you’re doing things. I get that, but I bought that story for decades and looked for my own why. I mean, ‘Why am I in this industry, why do I help people, etc.?’ Being truthful, I could always come up with analytical reasons. You know, reasons that made sense and I thought were true but I can’t really think of any of my “whys” that set me on fire. Many years ago, I heard Oprah say, “What makes you matter?” And that’s the basis of this episode. Finding your why is all left brain, it’s analytical and non-emotional. And, when you find what makes you matter, that is when you wake up and come alive. How come? What makes you matter is emotional to you. It’s important to you. It drives you. And that’s what I talk about in this episode. What makes you “matter” in the context of your external life and 3D ego? What makes you matter gives you meaning, and that can be motivating.Transformational Takeaway: We are on the planet for two reasons and those reasons are to grow and serve others. No one is you and no one can serve like you. Ep 252: Who Are You?

In this episode, we’re going to start diving into “Who are you?” This episode is about your “identity” and the exploration into who you are. The definition of IDENTITY is: The fact of being who or what a person is. Ok, so you know the definition but does the definition get you any closer to knowing WHO you are? No, it doesn’t. Ask yourself…Who am I? Ponder that for a few seconds. Who are you? Like most people, you may be creating a laundry list like: “I am a male, I am white/black, I am an American, I can college educated”…etc You are not your laundry list. You are not your labels. Question: Are you the labels or the creator of the labels? Are you the labeled IDENTITY or the creator of the identity? Get ready, we’re going to start deep diving into the nature of you. The nature of you is your identity and get ready to start discovering yourself at new levels. Transformational Takeaway: My identity is anything I want as it is reflective of my thought consciousness at any given moment. Your identity is not static, it’s your fluid consciousness. Ep 250: Creating and Changing Your Reality
Start Your Transformation NowYou may have heard me mention this Earnest Holmes quote, “Imagine your mind so plastic, so receptive, that it receives the slightest impression of your thoughts. Not some thoughts but all thoughts are taken up and acted upon.” When you come to know the gravity of this quote your life will change forever. In this episode, I go over the seven states of matter and share how the final and seventh state manifests any and all your thought-feelings. You have probably heard me say before that everything is vibration and frequency, right? Let’s take that apart by going over the seven states of matter. You are already familiar with the first three states. Heck, you learned all this in High School chemistry class. The first three states of matter are: First state – Solid Second state – Liquid Third state – Gas Now, let’s explore higher frequency and vibration. Fourth state – Plasma. Plasma is ionized gas. it’s VERY hot. It’s superheated gas. Stars are plasma. Fire is plasma, and even this fourth state has higher and lower frequencies. As an example, this is why blue flames are hotter than red flames. They are a higher and lower vibration of the fourth state. This state is chaotic and random. Next, the fifth state is Beam. Particles of beam move harmoniously in one direction. Beam is harmonious and coherent The sixth state, BEC or Boze Einstein Condensent. This is a zero state of matter. This happens when matter is frozen to an extreme temperature a tiny bit above absolute zero. And finally, the seventh state of matter is Thought Wave. Thought wave moves faster than beam. Thought wave moves at the speed of infinity. It is here and there. Local and non-local. It is consciousness and consciousness is mind. The universal mind is what all things consist of. So, Thought Wave. This goes back to why the Holmes quote is true. Your mind “wraps itself” within and around the universe and brings back to you the object of your dominant thoughts and feelings. REMEMBER THIS: We go from Matter Wave to Thought Wave. All matter is one matter. All matter is Thought wave. All matter is energy. All energy is one energy. All energy is kinetic energy. Everything moves. Everything vibrates. All energy is consciousness and therefore Thought is mind in motion. Your thought is your mind in motion.Transformational Takeaway: The motion of your mind is the motion of your creation. Ep 248: Make Over Thinking And Worry A Thing Of Your Past Overthinking.

Not everyone over thinks but a large part of the population does and it brings a lot of grief for most. And, the good news…it’s not you doing it, it’s your brain and the better news is, you can break the habit, which we dig into in this episode. So, I’m talking about overthinking in this week’s episode. And, before we go any further: Are you an overthinker? Let’s find out. Quiz time. Do you:1. Stay awake wondering what you’re going to do about _____? 2. Worry often about what’s going to happen financially? 3. Worry about what you’re going to say in social settings? 4. Second guess what you did and did you do it right? 5. Often obsess and think about what others think of you? 6. Obsess over what you said or did and how it could have been done differently? 7. Go over in your mind what you said and how it could be different or better or more or less?8. Stay up till 4 AM worrying? Hard time falling asleep? 9. Often weigh the pros and cons of a decision? Well, my friend, if you answered yes to at least half of these questions then you’re an over-thinker, and trust me, I know how taxing that can be because I am a recovered over-thinker. In this episode, I dive into what causes overthinking and how your brain is really what keeps your mind trapped in the habit of overthinking. And, finally, I share a short process to help you break out of the habit of overthinking and to start new habits of thinking. Ep 247: Is Your Body Controlling You?
Start Your Transformation NowI know you’ve probably heard the phrase, “You’re not a human being having a spiritual experience, you’re a spiritual being having a human experience.” Even though this makes perfect sense to most people, they don’t really deep dive into it and explore the deeper meaning of it. Let’s approach this from the position of Duality of Being. You’re a dual being, both mind, and body, yet most of us live from only body and just casually think about mind and spirit. This being stated, the big question in this episode is – Is Your Body Controlling You? And, the big question is, “What is you?” Are you your body or your mind, or better asked, which part of you is the ‘bigger” part of you? The bigger part of you is your mind, yet we often let our body control us, and we give all our power to our body. Let me give you a metaphor…your pinkie. Does your mind control your body, and your body control your pinkie, or does your pinkie finger control the totality of you? Let’s be scientific, your brain makes 95% of your decisions but are the decisions made by “you” or your brain? And, you are not your brain. Let me give you another metaphor. When you go on vacation and rent a car. After you do your travels you return your car and go home and the same with you. Your body is your car, and you are driving it, it is not driving you, yet most people make the totality of their life their body. When they do this they are living from the smallest part of who they are. So, back to your brain. Your brain is full of chemicals and these chemicals influence your hormones, your moods, and just about all aspects of your body, but, and here is where most people lose track of the bigger picture. You are not your body, you are first a mind. In this episode, I dig deeper into this concept and how you can start working from the higher part of yourself and not the lower part of you, which is your body.Transformational Takeaway: You are not your body. Ep 246: Attention, Belief, and Manifestation
Start Your Transformation NowThis episode has been on my mind in various ways for about a week or so. I was apprehensive about doing this episode only because I don’t want to appear to be repetitive, but for a lot of us, the only way we integrate and learn is through repetition. You have probably heard me say before, “You are where your attention is.” When you hear that, what do you think? Do you fully know it so that you can integrate it? Are you thinking, “OK, makes sense?” Or, are you thinking, “Geez, I wish he’d stop talking about that?” The reality is that your life comes down to attention and awareness, and what you have or have not in life or have and have not created is a matter of your attention and where you hold it. Candidly, when I did this episode, I was traveling. I did not have my regular podcast set up, and I was doing my best to get this out while in the middle of a day of travel, so my rhythm and sound may be off. But, what is sound is the message. It’s so easy to dismiss simple things when we hear things like “You are where your attention is,” but that one phrase can transform our lives when we fully understand it and master it. I go into many stories and scenarios in this episode in a final attempt to get people to understand and embrace this life-encompassing and life-changing principle. Ep 245: What Do You Assume Your Biggest Traps Are In Life?
Start Your Transformation NowYour assumptions control every aspect of your life. Assumptions are powerful because you live from them to build your life or destroy your life. Your life is a series of assumptions and in this episode, we take a look at your biggest assumptions and then talk about how to eliminate the most negative ones. An assumption is a thing that is accepted as true or as certain to happen, without proof. How many negative assumptions do you make about yourself and you learned them from others or single experiences? As this question runs through your mind the truth is that pretty much the only thing that holds you back in life is your false assumptions about yourself….both your learned ones and your self-created ones. Look at your life circumstances right now. Wake-up call. The circumstances of your life are pretty much made from your self-limiting assumptions. In this episode, we explore five questions that will help you start thinking about the lifetime cost of your negative assumptions. Your assumptions both build your life and destroy your life. It’s vital that you make assumptions that create the quality of life you desire.
