This week's guest, one of the AFL industry leaders in High Performance Science, Andrew Russell.Andrew or “Jack” as he is more commonly referred to is responsible for the High performance programs in the Port Adelaide 04’ Premiership, Hawthorns 08’ flag as well as their three peat in 13-14-15’.Jack’s incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to health and fitness. I loved hearing from him about what IT’S like developing a high performance culture, some of the athletes he has worked with, his emphasis on sleep recovery and how important it is for all of us.I definitely learnt a lot from this great man and could have chewed his ear off all day! This week on the show is one of, if not the best player the game has seen, Chris Judd.
