Dyl & Friends
Clubby Sports
Dylan invites interesting and notable guests to share their stories in a humorous and lighthearted chat, with plenty of banter mixed in as well. It’s like a hug from an old mate, it’s incredibly warm, positive, and comforting. He touches on career and life highs and lows, taps into mindset and psyche and ultimately uncovers what makes his guests happy and successful. You don’t need to know the guests before listening, Dyl will have you thinking they’re your best mates when the 60 or so minutes is up. *Description provided by Dylan Buckley's mum.

#147 Brian Taylor
This week on Dyl & Friends, we are joined by one of the biggest names and biggest voices we've ever had. We are joined by none other than Brian "BT" Taylor. BT is a name recognised around the country for his iconic sport commentary that features on national television screens on a weekly basis. BT's story is a humble journey from a young man from Mandurah, WA to becoming the central figure in AFL Commentary in the country. He is one of the better story-tellers we've had on the show and he told plenty. I hope you enjoy this chat as much as I did. ily xxxContactEmail - enquiries@dylandfriends.comInstagram - @dylbuckley @dylandfriendsYoutube - www.youtube.com/dylandfriendsFacebook - www.facebook.com/dylandfriendsTwitter - www.twitter.com/dylan_buckleyDyl & Friends is produced by Sam Bonser, Sam Dalton and Darcy Parkinson.Video and audio production by Producey.Bloke In A BarMake sure your next beer of choice is a Bloke!! #146 Daniel and Luke Mancuso
The interview you are about to hear contains a discussion around some pretty complex and heavy topics, including domestic violence. My guest and I are by no means experts in this space, so please be mindful that we are sharing our own personal views, opinions and stories. If you think this is likely to be triggering or to cause you distress in anyway, please consider whether this is the right episode for you. Need Support? If you, or anyone you know requires urgent assistance or support, please contact: 1800respect or 1800 737 732.This week on Dyl and Friends, I'm joined by Daniel and Luke Mancuso. In 2013, Daniel and Luke lost their beloved mother, Teresa, to a domestic violence incident taken out by their father. Between now and then, the two brothers from Reservoir have won the hearts of people everywhere through their social media page "Yia Yia Next Door" that showcases their relationship with next door neighbour, Yia Yia and the unconditional kindness she showed the boys following that tragic event. Yia Yia Next Door is best known for sharing messages and stories about love forged in tragedy, the importance of connection and how simple gestures, such as giving someone a home-cooked meal, can transform lives and restore hope. I can't thank Luke and Daniel enough for their openness in sharing a story with super important messages.Check out their new Yia Yia Next Door recipe book here! - https://www.yiayianextdoor.com.au/Join the Discord chat! - https://discord.gg/4aWwNaQQxTContactEmail - enquiries@dylandfriends.comInstagram - @dylbuckley @dylandfriendsYoutube - www.youtube.com/dylandfriendsFacebook - www.facebook.com/dylandfriendsTwitter - www.twitter.com/dylan_buckleyDyl & Friends is produced by Sam Bonser, Sam Dalton and Darcy Parkinson.Video and audio production by Producey.

"No phones before bed" with Andrew Russell from episode #75
This chat with Strength and Conditioning guru, Andrew (or Jack) Russell, was incredible. The way in which Jack presents complex research and information about topics like sleep and how they can affect, not only elite athletes, but also the average person over short stints or over a lifetime is outstanding. This short clip from our chat about sleep and growth hormone was just one example among many.

#144 Sauté Sapolu
The interview you are about to hear contains a discussion around some pretty complex topics, including suicidal ideations. My guest and I are by no means mental health professionals, so please be mindful that we are sharing our own personal views, opinions and stories. If you think this is likely to be triggering or to cause you distress in anyway, please consider whether this is the right episode for you. Need Support? If you, or anyone you know requires urgent assistance or support, please contact: Lifeline: 13 11 14.This week on Dyl and Friends I'm joined by YMCA ReBuild members, Sauté and Mick Cronin. Sauté tells his story of growing up in Shepparton, getting exposed to drugs and alcohol and getting in trouble with the wrong crowd. After spending time in prison, he found it pretty hard transitioning out of jail and struggled to get a job. Sauté managed to get a job through the YMCA ReBuild project. Mick Cronin is a YMCA Youth Services leader and Project Manager at the ReBuild project, with a wealth of experience working in youth justice.I won’t say much more now as this is Sauté story to tell you, but I will say I couldn’t be more grateful for his honesty and openness and am really pleased to be sharing today’s episode with you all.Show notes:Time to ReBuild Podcast

The fox knows many things, but the hedgehog knows one with Ted Richards from episode #74
Loved this gold from Ted Richards back in episode #74. It made me realise that a lot of the time we focus so much on what we need to be better at, but never think about what we're really good at. Check out the full episode if you liked this as there is so much more!!Full episode with Ted Richards - Listen now! Good to Great with Jim Collins - www.audible.com.au/pd/Good-to-Great-Audiobook/
