Today’s guest on the USA Football Coach and Coordinator podcast is Dr. Brian Gearity professor of sport coaching at the University of Denver. Dr. Gearity has been the director of the Master of Arts in Sport Coaching program at Denver since 2014. Before teaching at Denver, Dr. Gearity spent five years at the University of Southern Mississippi as an assistant professor of Sport Coaching Education. As a coach, Dr. Gearity’s specialty is in the strength and conditioning side. Dr. Gearity worked as a strength coach at the University of Tennessee for nine years and received his PhD in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from Tennessee in 2009. After playing at Baldwin-Wallace University for three seasons at both linebacker and fullback, Michael Stacchiotti went on to become a strength coach. He first worked at Girard High School and Ursuline High School. Coach Stacchiotti then followed suit with stints on the football strength and conditioning staffs at Colorado State (2015-16), Cincinnati (2017), and Mississippi State (2018). Quarterback Preparation: Kyle Ohradzansky, Passing Game Coordinator at the University of Findlay

On this episode of the Coach and Coordinator Podcast, we are joined by the Quarterbacks Coach and Passing Game Coordinator at the University of Findlay, Kyle Ohradzansky. Consistency - Bob Hyland, HC St. Mary's Springs HS (WI), 50 Years, 17 State Championships

Bob Hyland is the Wisconsin's all-time leader in career wins as a head coach and his ability to get his St. Mary’s Springs and was named the 2019 Associated Press coach of the year. Springs defeated Regis 7-0 in WIAA Division 6 championship game for the team's third consecutive state title. It was the ninth WIAA championship for Hyland and the 17th state title overall when including Springs’ eight championships as a member of WISAA. Hyland’s overall record stands at 477-107-2 in 49 seasons with the Ledgers and the program has also finished as state runner-up nine times, putting Springs' championship game appearance total at 26. Hyland is the #3 winningest active coach and #6 all-time winningest coach in high school football history. Jeff Steinberg - Preparing For The Season And Connection With Players
