93: Eating Bread Without Mind Drama

I’ve had an interesting relationship with bread over the last 15 years. For a long time I avoided it and felt guilty if I ate it. But here recently I’ve been making and eating a lot of bread and I don’t feel one smidgen guilty. I know how to work it into my diet without becoming unhealthy or gaining weight and, more importantly, I have peace and no mind drama about it.In a way, my evolution with bread reminds me of my evolving relationship with God. I had a lot of guilt and fear about Him. When I felt Him nudging me to be The Christian Nutritionist, I wanted to avoid Him; I didn’t want to be too Jesusy. And, now, I want to eat all the bread. The flour kind and the Jesus kind. In this week’s podcast I’m sharing the steps I’ve taken over the years to improve my approach with both and how freeing it is to love and eat bread with no mind drama! 92: God and Wine with Gisela Kreglinger

In this week’s podcast we’re talking about two of my favorite things: God and wine!I interviewed the author of The Soul of Wine who has a chapter called To Drink is To Pray. She reveres wine as a gift from God and explains how drinking it soulfully can be an experience that brings us closer to our Creator and to Creation. Gisela Kreglinger grew up on a winery in Germany and holds a PhD in theology. She brings God and wine together in the most refreshing and beautiful way. Pour a glass and listen in to this delightful, spirit-filled conversation. For more information and to access the show notes for this episode, visit my website here: https://www.thechristiannutritionist.com/podcast/92http://www.thechristiannutritionist.com/cellcore

91: Introduction to Homeopathy with Lori Satterwhite, MS, FNTP

Homeopathy has been used successfully as an alternative and complementary form of medicine since the mid 1700’s. My guest on this week’s podcast has seen it do wonders for her family and for clients in her private nutritional practice. Listen in as Lori Satterwhite, FNTP, shares how homeopathy helped her daughter overcome multiple years of strep throat (and helped prevent a tonsillectomy) and also helped save her son’s cracked tooth from being removed. She gives practical tips (like a homeopathic alternative to gatorade) and interesting insight into the use of these more natural remedies.
